I received a sandwich with green peppers after ordering it without. She confirmed I wanted mushrooms and onion, but I still received peppers as well. I took it back and no one was at the register. Someone with a tag that said manager walked out. I told him the problem. He was quiet and not personable. He threw the sandwich away. Told the cook what I wanted and left. I waited and the lady who originally took our order came out. She asked what was wrong. I told her, and she just said, "Oh okay." I waited behind an entire line of people while my husband enjoyed lunch with our 8 month old son. While I was waiting, one of the cooks asked me if I had a regular or small. I told him I had a regular Philly cheesesteak with no green peppers. Finally it was my turn. She asked what I wanted on it, and then realized it still had green peppers. I had to wait... Again. I finally got my sandwich. And the lady who originally took our order did finally appologize. By this time, my husband and my son were done eating, and my son was ready for a nap. He is just getting old enough to take him out to lunch, and we were so excited to get out this weekend, but I missed out because they couldn't figure out what no green peppers meant! I wasn't offered anything and it took me missing my entire lunch with my family and two wasted sandwiches to get a simple appology. I'm so upset with your company and the way the kitchen is run. Mine was not the only order messed up either. They were making sandwiches that no one ordered and everyone was just standing around waiting on things to cook - VERY inefficient and not customer oriented. Read moreI went there last night. 1-3-2020 about 8pm and the girl working the register with a green hoodie literally just stared at me with a miserable look on her face as I ordered.. she never said what can I get you, or thank you, she just handed me my receipt and walked away with her miserable face. Then there was a girl working the grill and guy working the area where he hands out the food and they were working like dogs, it was really busy. There was another guy back there with them just dancing and playing with sunglasses on.. bc it’s obviously so bright indoors. He never did an ounce of work while the others were running their butt off sweating. The girl behind the counter and the guy in the back should be fired. She doesn’t need to be in customer service and he doesn’t deserve a job if he’s able to play and dance while his coworkers run their butt off around him. It was pretty sad. I try not to go out in the general public much for this very reason, they always disappoint, I just shop online.
