Important: this review is for the bubble tea only. I didn't have any ice cream, so I can't speak to that. Yikes. I really wanted a Thai tea, and there aren't many places in Huntsville that do that on the fly -- I thought I'd try this place out! The price was about average: $4.60 for a large cup. Note that it wasn't their large size (their large comes in a cup that looks like a light bulb); I'm merely saying that it was a large cup of Thai tea compared to other serving sizes I've had. The service was friendly and helpful, no complaints there. But that Thai tea...whew. Had a weird, unappealing brown tint to it, rather than the typical pretty dark orange color. And it legitimately tasted like cereal milk. This just...wasn't it. It had no black tea flavor, and just wasn't good. I drank about 3 sips before pitching it. 2 stars because the service was nice and I don't know how the main attraction, the rolled ice cream, is. But when it comes to Thai tea, this place is a big no from me.

A new way to eat ice cream? Sure I'll do It! You Only Live Once....lol I told the cashier I had never rolled before and asked how the process worked? He told me I choose a Ice Cream flavor, mix in and a topping. At the end you end up with 6 huge rolls!!! I split mine with a co-worker. It's a fun new way to eat ice cream. Cost was $4.99 plus tax and you can add in extra toppings for .50cents.

This place specializes in rolled ice cream but also had a small boba tea menu. Don't get the boba tea. The boba is stale and can be hard to chew, the tea is overly sweet, and the flavor tastes artificial. I would come back to give their ice cream a try though, since that's their specialty. The staff also wasn't the best as the weren't serious about business at all

I LOVE their ice cream flavor and texture! It is absolutely delicious! HOWEVER, the staff is NOT very friendly and courteous to allllllll customers. In the past, I got a hint of it. So, today I made it a point to observe. There were a lot of middle- high school aged children walking around. There must've been an event or something and they were in the mall to eat and walk around, or something. As I was standing in line trying to decide, the cashier did not smile, did not look at me, she kept asking, "which do you want?", in dry, broken English. As I was deciding, a group of about 5 children were walking by. All of a sudden, she came alive, put on a big smile, pushed the tray full of samples, none of which she offered me, to the edge of the counter and began happily saying, "Free samples, free samples, would you like free samples😁!" NONE of the children even acknowledged she was speaking. Meanwhile, I asked her what flavor the samples were, she got a blank face 😑 and said, "cheesecake!" So, I picked up one and tried it. It was strawberry cheesecake. So, she goes back to her original, dry question about what I wanted. I ordered and scooted own to watch my order be made. So, as I was waiting for that to begin, there are about 7 students, of a different nationality, walking past. I just knew she would not miss this opportunity for sales! Uhhhh, yes, she did! She pulled the tray back in towards her and looked away. She did NOT utter a word! Soooo, I came to the conclusion that although I love their flavors and textures the most, I can't spend anymore dollars there! I am done spending my money, and receiving rude, disrespectful behavior, and service from ANYONE!...

We drove for 20 minutes to visit this place, hoping to create a memorable experience for my boys. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. When we arrived, my son tried to talk to an employee behind the counter, but was ignored. I also wasn't greeted when I walked in, and the staff seemed uninterested in our presence. They stood next to each other, staring at us in an unwelcoming manner. As a result, we didn't feel welcome and chose to leave.

Ps, if you have a hint brown on your skin might as well...
