Subway — Restaurant in Huntsville

I have gone to several Subways and not once did I ever hear that a sandwich comes with said veggies. The lady who could not understand english ran a sandwich through tbe lettuce which I never once have gotten of all of my subs. Also did not honor a valid coupon since (in her words) the timer wasn't moving.
