I advise against using your debit card at this place, I tried to cancel my membership because their water jets was getting inside my trunk soaking wet with huge puddles of chemicals and water sitting on top of my subwoofers, over 2,000 dollars worth of subs and another 2,000 dollars worth of amplifier and AGM batteries and ioxus super capacitor that could blow up if they get wet, I explained that to them and despite the fact that I haven't been back since my second trip through the wash when I noticed the water and chemicals inside my trunk over 2 months ago, they still haven't returned my money to my account that was taken out over a month after my last trip through the wash and 2 weeks after the original date of the 18th of the month when they were scheduled to take it out, I had more than enough money in the account for over a week but woke up on Friday when my rent was due to be paid to see shine time had taken out another 50 bucks for a service I can't use, I have no idea if they are going to do it again or put my money back in my account or what, they have a good car wash tunnel but I wouldn't never give them my account information if I was you.. I called down there and explained everything, I'm assuming the manager or owner knows they have my money for a service I didn't use.. it says my plan was cancelled but who knows, I thought it was supposed to be cancelled before they took out the last payment too .. the only reason I even signed up was because they were supposed to give me the most expensive package for 19 bucks but the first trip through was just the regular 10 dollar base package, nothing new happened as compared to any other time I went through the tunnel in my cab .. so I feel like they shouldn't have ever charged me even the 19 bucks for the first trip through the tunnel that was supposed to be the 50 dollar wash but ended up being the 10 dollar wash, what does the other 40 dollars get you? Nothing was put on my tires at all.. I figured they would at least squirt something on them but they didn't.. no telling how many people are not getting the service they paid for.. this is kinda shady business practices...
Read moreI usually love this location, but it has been on a decline this year. The vacuums barley work, and the pressure in the car wash changes. Sometimes it cleans pretty good then other times I would have to go back over it myself. I started my membership back up by the GM at the time, and I was getting charged $80 to $90 a month. I tried to address it at the location, and there was a young man said that he would take care of it. He did not, and when I came back to the location the GM that had signed me up had quit. The young man had been fired. It took a few days for customer service to get back to me. After talking with them, I thought the situation had been rectified. The next time I go back to get a wash I find out it was canceled and no one could tell me why so I restarted again. It was the day before my actual due date. I asked the "temp" manager at the time would it still come out the next month on the original due date and he said yes. Of course it was not, but I thought maybe it was just the first time. So the day I was going to cancel it was deducted a day early. I went online to cancel it, and followed up the next day at the location and it still wasn't canceled. I emailed and called customer service. I received 2 emails stating that per their policy, I could not get a refund. I don't want to continue to go somewhere with terrible customer service, and I'm basically stuck with a membership that I HAVE to use. I even asked if I could get a gift card instead of a refund for a future wash, and no one has called me back or replied. There are so many car washes in the area now. I only used this one because it's close to my house, but I would rather drive further for better...
Read moreIf I can give them a 0 I would, the general manager was inconsiderate and rude. I paid $22 to get a Lava Fusion guard and when I tell you I was livid when I came out of the tunnel. Omg, one of the brushes had an issue and shot out oil and the brush rubbed it in, the manger told me it came from me hitting a curb, which never happened. After explaining to him that that never happened and I would’ve had abrasions or scratches to my vehicle, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong so I used my finger and rubbed where it was damaged and it started to come off. After running my car back through a second time and asking them if they had a magic erase, when they wiped it, it started to make sense to them that it was a mistake cause it started coming off. But, I shouldn’t had to argue with them about it because I knew I didn’t bring my car to the wash in that condition. I uploaded photos of the before and afterwards.
Invest in getting a hand wash, save your investment. Cars to high to get damaged by those drive-thru washes. I’ll never...
