Hands down the best purchasing experience I’ve had! We just relocated to Huntsville and this was our first and only furniture we went to. We were not swarmed as soon as we walked in, we had several minutes to eye the store (which I actually enjoy this way I can get a feel of things), Parker greeted us and immediately I felt like he was talking to a friend rather than a customer. He showed us a few items that we were looking for, didn’t pressure us nor try to up-sell us, and respected our budget. He made our purchase experience wonderful!

Then came delivery day, the crew was absolutely phenomenal, I regret I didn’t get their names due having other movers at my house at the time or I’d give them a public shoutout. But they were a true class act and an absolute pleasure to be around.

Extremely satisfied with our experiences at University Furniture! Bought a couch from them about two years ago and when searching for a reclining loveseat recently, we chose to go back to them after looking around. Bad experiences and really good ones are the only ones I find worth sharing about and this place has certainly made a lasting good impression - they are definitely our new go-to family furniture store! So many options in store as well as a pretty extensive variety to customize and order if you just tell them what you’re looking for. Amazing prices and warranties to back them up! Delivery was fast, next day, and they were in and out of my house in under five minutes. Furniture is a big investment for my family!

No longer than we opened the door at University Furniture there was a sales lady (Jenny) greeted us to the store and began asking how she may help us. We began explaining what mfg and type sofa and love seat we were seeking to Jenny and a young man named (Parker) step in and say I have what you are looking for right here, and he certainly did. Exactly what we were looking for and apparently a favorite sitting spot for the staff when they did not have customers in their store.

Very impressed with the sales staff knowledge of their products and really worked the sale like experts!

I highly recommend University Furniture! My wife and I left this store talking about how well they knew their product and being attentive to what we were looking for all at a reasonable price.
