Let me start with the fact that I travel this country a lot (4 states in the last 2 weeks most recently). Stopped at this ACE in this quaint, sleepy town and was blown away. 1. Open later then any other ACE I've been to. Had what I needed after four other stores didnt. Firearms!! ACE offers great service and this location didn't disappoint.

My only regret is showing up ten minutes before closing and not getting to gander around. I'm here for three days and will surely be back before heading out.

Edit (5 months later): this ACE has ruined me. As stated earlier, I travel a lot. Every time I go to another ace I just lower my head and shake it fully well knowing that it won't be as good as this one. When watching old faithful at yellow stone I was less impressed then when I first entered the hallowed halls of this building. Where do I start...we were told this beautiful Ace hardware is the biggest store west of the Mississippi River! This is a brand new store that just sparkles the minute you walk in. Lots of friendly folks are waiting to help you. Now to the ultra amazing details...there are little brown bags of warm popcorn for you to take and enjoy while you shop. There is a case of gourmet chocolates from Montana, that will have you drooling! Then, there's a Blue Bell ice cream shop as well!! I'm from Texas, where Blue Bell ice cream originates. Ya'll, this ice cream is famous, creamy, and just plain heavenly!!! I cried as I ate my peachy peach!!! They also have moon pies, sodas in retro bottles, candy that'll take you back to your younger years, and much more. Did I mention that there's a toy chest area, puzzles, home decor, beautiful clothes, gift wrap, and more! I promise you'll walk out of this fabulous hardware store smiling!
