I was was very happy with the Customer service we received the only thing I was not happy with was the product that I bought a few days after my husband had assembled the bed I noticed a crack on my bed frame I Called him immediately and inform him I also sent pictures I figured since it had only been a few days he would have been able to exchange it for a new headboard without any additional fees but that was not the case I needed to pay a fee so I could get a new headboard. This place doesn't offer up-to-American-standards customer service at all. If you end up not liking you're bed, tough luck because they WON'T take it back, they won't even exchange it!! Even if it's never been slept on. No 30-day return policy, not even TWO day! Now we're stuck with a mattress that doesn't work for us, and all they offered was that we resell it on Facebook. I felt like I was back in Russia. And the prices aren't even that good! Next time, we're buying a bed at Costco, or any other...
