Y’all should definitely check out this new park near Zion! It includes some perks that you just wont find at other rv parks in the area. Such as, ✨flat rate pricing (meaning no additional fees on top of the listed nighty rate) And for those of you with large family’s or traveling as a group.. listen up 📣 ✨ There is NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP! Regardless if your a solo traveler such as myself or a family of 14, you pay the same rate!! ✨The spots are wide, super long, level parking pads (both pull thru and back in) Light colored concrete to reduce scorching your feet, a picnic table at each spot, and well placed utilities. If you travel as much as I do you’ve visited parks where the sewer dump drain is often placed in a inconvenient area of the site, too high where it doesn’t flow properly or too far away so your forced to get an extension black tank hose…but not here. ✨The drains are slightly lower than the parking pad and placed exactly where they should be to conveniently drain the tanks in your rig. ✨The electrical boxes are placed perfectly at the rear of the spaces with everything you need, 50 amp, 30 amp as well as couple of 115’s for anything you may want to plug in outside without running it from your rig. ✨Instead of grass, they have placed crushed lava rock between parking pad’s so you don’t have to worry about lawnmowers throwing debris and damaging your rig. ✨And onto what I love most… Spending the evening outside taking in the unobstructed 360 views of the colorful Utah sunsets before stargazing under the dark sky, as this park has almost 0 light pollution. ✨All that plus your in walking distance to anything you may need….a Walgreens, gas station, grocery store, a couple restaurants & a dog daycare right next door!!
I’ve stayed in nearly every rv park in this area over the last 2 years of traveling, and I’ll continue to return to Zion View from...
Read moreThere is about 40-50 feet between all of the utilities (water, sewer, and power). We had a 70 foot pad and in order to fit our trailer and truck we had to purchase a 50 foot water hose so that we could hook the trailer up to water. Each RV pad is separated by lava gravel and the gravel on both sides of our pad had several dog droppings, despite the park having a designated dog area. The dog area is also covered in rough lava gravel and reeks of urine smell. The smell is so foul and gravel so rough and painful to walk on my dog would frequently eliminate prior to getting to the dog area to avoid the area all together. You are also not allowed to leave your dog in your trailer at the park when you leave. There is a dog daycare near by, but is quite expensive and they close around 6 pm. The wifi network was frequently out, we happened to be staying during a time my child needed to do some shool work and we we had to connect their school chromebook to our phone hotspot in order to complete their school work each day. The park has no vegetation anywhere, no trees, grass, flowers, nothing. For the price, this RV park meets the bare minimum requirments (water - if your hose can reach your trailer, power, and sewer) and that is about it. During the time we visited the park's bathrooms and laundry room were closed so I cannot speak to the quality of...
Read moreUnfortunately there is nobody on site to deal with any type of issues that pop up. We have incredibly rude campers next to us that stepped on our sewer hose multiple times and have flattened it, set up their chairs and grill on our site and walked through our site non stop as well as throw their cigarette butts in our site. When I called the number listed for this place, a guy answered who had minimal phone reception because he was traveling. He offered a sewer hose and to move us (hours of work when we have already been set up here for a week) and said he would email the group. I also sent pics to him. However, nothing has changed so if anything was done, it wasn’t effective. Very difficult to deal with this when no supervision on site. Would not recommend this campground due to inability to deal with issues that arise. Other campers approached us today and stated they noticed how these campers were all over our site and were appalled. All stated they would not stay here again either. Everyone around the area is shocked to see this with nothing being done except “an email.” We have been traveling for a while now and have never encountered campers this rude and such inefficient staff at a campground. There’s lots of other campground options,...
