So I usually don't complain but I did a online order at the 8th street subway the man working was new working by himself called and said he couldn't do either sandwich because they didn't have ingredients for a meatball sub. And the pepperoni wasn't cut and he didn't have white or Italian herb bread. I then had to wait 10 min for him to call someone to figure out had to refund my money.(which I'm unsure if done right) I Then called this store to ask if they could make either she said yes. So I quickly redid the order which said it would be ready at 905pm. So we drove to the store we got there early so I just got in line I know they can be busy so I just waited...At 912 it was my turn and a man walked in behind me. I was then told they were going to be helped before me because in person orders take precedent. So even though I had been in line for 15 min and I should have been able to pick up my order already I was told the man that just walked in would be helped before me. The person working already knew what had just happened to me at the other subway she knew I was having a horrible experience and continued to tell me to wait longer that the person arrived would be helped first. I would understand if I would have arrived at the same time as that person but I had been there 15 min already. I Have NEVER complained about a subway but tonight was AWFUL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!To top it off after we finally received our food our sandwiches weren't made as ordered. We still have not received the refund from the first store. Read moreGot here at main street address at 8:45 and was greeted with the lady at the counter and a kid just kicking back at the table telling me they're sorry, but they have no bread, there is clearly a whole 2 shelvs full of bread, but she says that's for tomorrow morning and would not make me a sandwich.
