Very unhappy with the customer service I recived. I went in friday to pick out furniture i went with the cheaper couch that I was interested in because i was told that was how the manager would approve us for a couch and tv. I asked is this forsure I will get this furniture because i was going to sell my pld furniture eli said yes go ahead and sell it so i did. He said he couldnt deliver it saturday because they were booked with their black friday deals I said thats fine he said monday is the soonest he could deliver and i said ok great! I asked if they wanted a copy of the lease my mom gave me since she owns my house. He said no thats fine we will get that stuff from u when we get you your furniture and i said ok make a copy of my boyfriend's ID now because he will be at work when you deliver. So he did. Monday I called at 10 am to ask when my furniture would be comming they said im so sorry one of our delivery guys called out today how does tuesday at 3 sound i said awesme! So yesterday and today i missed work to be home so my furniture could be delivered. Called at 4 today to ask what was going on (as it wasnt delivered again) i was told they needed to speak to my landlord to varify my adress i was like o you should have that info gav it to them again. I called back later to see if they got that info to deliver my furniture then was told not till friday now.....that marks a week with an empty house so obviously i was kinda annoied and asked to speak with a manager i expresses how i was frustrated about my furniture continuously getting pushed out. Not one time did he apologize for my inconvenience instead he was rude basically threatened me saying look i dont have to aprove your application . I said im not angry its taking a while to process i said im upset that i keep missing work to be here for a furniture delivery that never follows through. He asked if i wanted put down for delivery this friday or not rudely and i said let me talk to my boyfriend when he gets home but he isnt going to be happy. My boyfried called to ask if there was any way they could push the delivery for a sooner date and got told we were denied. Haha so basically we only got denied because the manager was pissed that i was upset about my delivery getting put off if he had another reason for denying us why didnt he deny me on the phone instead of asking if i would like delivery dor friday. Thats fine their loss thousands of dollars they miss out on in buisness because of poor management with poor customer service we with gladly take out money elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble go...
Read moreSo I had to delete my last review in order to post this new review. After much consideration we decided to go back to Aaron's for some living room furniture. We went on President's Day and all I can say is that was the best decision Hands Down. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Jessica and she was with us every step of the way in choosing what furniture we were going to bring into our home... After sitting on a few couches and going back and forth we decided on an amazing and I mean amazing Couch and Lovseat combo that was to die for... Jessica and Amanda helped finalize the deal with their awesome customer service and a level of professionalism that can only be described as Above and Beyond. Jessica made sure that my delivery was set for the next day. And after signing all the agreements going over all the paperwork we left with an extremely huge smile on our faces. The delivery was absolutely on time and the team that delivered our furniture were worthy of five stars. They showed a level of expertise by making sure that our furniture was delivered and handled with extreme care and that it was placed exactly where we asked them to place it. My last review really spoke highly of this Aarons in Idaho Falls... But this experience proved that Aaron's can completely raise the bar and set the standard for other rental companies to follow. So because of the overall experience and how satisfied we are with the beautiful furniture... I'm giving another five star review wish I could...
Read moreI've been going to Aaron's for the last 8 years since I moved to Idaho we have always had Trish and Andrea they were awesome never had any issues and then they got rid of that staff and has a new manager Cheyenne that is rude to customers and staff and I seen it personally when I was there making a payment. Get told does not matter what Ez pay says my account is behind because they do not do weekly payments but on there website it offers it and before you even set it up it says what you have to pay to get it started. I was having bank issues and with my husband getting paid weekly direct deposit were having issues finding a new bank and do it fast enough it doesn't dely his check l. I had to set up easy pay again and account says I'm current but I'm getting phone calls twice a day for her to tell me its behind very poor customer service esp if your representing the company I do not recommend anyone to go here kinda stuck since we have already put so much into our lease to loose that money definitely once everything is paid not going through them again and would not recommend anyone to go to them at least the Idaho falls location. Only good thing is the delivery driver the man and woman very nice...
