We came into town for my grandsons birthday. We decided to stop here on the way out. We had our autistic kiddos with us. They came in and were extremely well behaved and touched nothing. We went to the register and were told that if we came in again and the kids were off camera, we would be banned. (If we were off camera, it would have had to be somewhere in the store. We didn't go near the back, and the kids stayed at our sides) She then told my husband that there was no way of knowing if he was buying alcohol for our 12 year old daughter (Who is tall for her age) and continued to lecture him saying that if they would have touched anything (which they didn't) it was illegal. My daughter ran outside sobbing. She thought that she was in trouble, which set my son off as well. I am now consoling my children and telling them that they were very good and did nothing wrong, which they were, until the cashier looked at them like they were little criminals. If she had a problem with anything that happened, she should have told us while we were shopping instead of when we were checking out. I'm still going back in my head to see if we went where we shouldn't have gone, but I know that we stayed in the main area. I know that my children were extremely well behaved, and caused no problems and kept their hands to themselves. Special thanks to the cashier that scared the hell out of my children for no good reason whatsoever and for insinuating that we were trying to buy alcohol for our 10 and 12 year old. You will never get our business again. We will go to the store a few miles out, or wait until we are...

After stepping into the back aisle that appeared to be part of the store I was unable to find any type of cooler. As I walked towards the cash register I was then confronted and berrated by the clerk that I had trespassed in an off limits area of the store. I was shocked by his rude and confrontational attitude, so I asked why was there no obvious sign that this was an off limits area, (nothing in this store was clearly marked). He then yelled "I am the sign." I honestly was speechless, as a paying responsible customer and a generally courteous person, I've never had an employee act like this towards me. Maybe this is an isolated incident and an encounter with an employee that needs to find a different career, but needless to say, for my alcohol purchases I will go anywhere else. Would give negative stars if possible. I walked next door to Albertsons and got a...
Read moreMost of the people that work here are okay, not GREAT just okay, but there are also a few that are just rude, I mean RUDE. One lady actually asked me to, "Hurry it up" and the store didn't close for another 2 hours. I take a long time to pick just what I want and they didn't really seem to care that I care about what...
