I come here frequently as I work nearby. Usually it’s pretty quick as the manager usually does an awesome job at getting food out in a timely manner.
However, when he’s not there, it’s quite the opposite. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a large meal. I went through, paid, and as I was leaving I realized I had the wrong size drink. So I went around to the drive they again.
I showed her my receipt and she only rang me up for a small. Well she makes me a large drink and sends me on my way. No chance of getting what I ordered which I would have gladly paid for had they needed to. They didn’t bother and were more concerned with sending me on my way.
My last couple experiences here have not been great. I think it’s time I start going somewhere else. 👎🏻

So I tend to notice my food has been taking a minute, my fries have been in the warmer for a long minute, and I can tell you that when you notice these things and you look around in the kitchen and see their workers, leaning on the kitchen where food is prepared, talking to another with no effort to get the orders out. The managers standing in from of their guest talking bout outside life. It is extremely annoying. I wouldn't let my crew get paid for not caring about their orders. As I was in the lobby VERY disappointed gross. And in came a disappointed customer from Drive, wow! The manager handled it inappropriately telling him it was fresh when clearly mine wasn't either. Read moreYou can actually hear over this intercom when placing an order in the drive thru. I ordered a Whopper meal large with cheese and a Coke and 4 rodeo burgers. The line moved very quickly. I always pull over into the parking lot after I get my order to check that everything is there. Unfortunately this time I did this finding my order correct however I reached in and are a French fry 🍟 and it was very cold, like it had been sitting out for a long period of time. So I felt the other fries and the whole order was cold. So I drove back through the drive thru and told them my issue, they told me to pull up to the window and that it would be a couple of minutes.
