Tacos Oaxaca — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

After two years of searching for good Mexican food in this town and being consistently let down, I finally struck gold with this taco truck. Having lived near the border for years, I’ve got high standards—and most places here just don’t bring the flavor. But this place? Totally blew me away.

The tacos were incredible—perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and served with grilled onions and a grilled Serrano pepper that added just the right touch. The green salsa was fresh and tasty, but the habanero sauce? Absolutely next level. Bold, spicy, and addictive.

Service was fast and friendly, with a big smile that made the whole experience even better. I only wish they had a permanent spot and were open during the week! For now, I’ll be making this my go-to weekend stop for killer Mexican food. Highly recommend!

Changed my review to five stars because I actually do love the food and the service has been great. Just didn't like driving there to find them not there after checking their hours on google. As stated in a reply, keep up with their Facebook page for hours. We were going to go there today and sadly they're closed , but now I know ahead of time.
