I placed an order online in mid-August and after a couple of weeks I sent an email inquiring about the status.I got an email back explaining that some of the product she needed came in damaged so was waiting on new product. After a couple of more weeks I emailed again asking for a refund. she responded again and offered to send me double the order because she did not want to lose my order. I emailed again after still not receiving the order and she did not respond. Now, after six weeks she has stopped responding to my emails altogether. The store owner is an absolute gem and there is an incredible selection of knives in store. She walked us through all of the different types of knives and what best fits our needs, and we ended up getting three because of how helpful she was. The store atmosphere is great, and while we didn’t get anything that is made in-house, we got an awesome magnet from a local artist and some other all-natural products. My wife and I have been buying candles there for years, from its original owner Brian, then Sasha, and now Jamie. Through all the different owners the candles stayed the same which keep us going back every time. The owner is not the friendliest woman and is downright rude. I’ve gone there on several occasions, thinking that maybe she was having a bad day and wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt. Nope, she’s just rude.
