Sadly, the only negative experience we’ve ever had in this town. The key fob battery to our car died, preventing us from being able to start it. It was a few minutes past closing time, but the open sign was lit up on the door. We called in and they even answered the phone. I explained to them that we had two toddlers and were stranded without a battery replacement for the key fob. We asked the woman if she would kindly let us in to buy what was a $5 item. Offered to just leave cash and be gone. She was incredibly rude and shut us down because the registers were closed. What a terrible feeling to be a parent stranded in a town you don’t live in, where the simplest request could’ve made a huge difference. Read moreI love this place and the staff is always helpful. It seems to have everything you can think of and has saved our camping trip on more than one occasion.
This time they saved us with mittens and gloves so we could build snowmen for the kids. Last time it was some basic outdoor folding chairs so everybody who forgot to bring one could sit down at the campfire.
The shop has something on every place you can see (and some you cannot) so always ask for help and they will point you to what they have.
