Went to go to this restaurant for lunch, on my lunch. Walked in and the man Brian who works there said I couldn't sit to dine in. I asked him why? He said because I don't tip him. I said ok...as it was a surprise and felt it was really rude of him to say. I said carry out then. I ordered soup and side if rice. While I was waiting for my to go order, I looked around to see where a sign would say "NO DINE IN IF YOU DONT TIP..." I told Brian, you need to put a sign up on the door, that you are demanding tips! If you don't tip, then carry out only. I will be reporting this to the better business of Bureau. This is unacceptable! He gave horrible services three times and that's why I don't tip! I wanted to try to give this place another chance, but obviously giving this place another chance was once too many. Thought the food would be worth it, but no it's not. I can cook better thai food. Than this place can. If you Brian want a tip, here's one for you! Get out of thus kind of business! You are not made for it! Customer service is all about being grateful and appreciative of your customers, not a courtesy...you need customers to pay your bills! I've already told 50 people about you and your restaurant and how awful of a person you are and business owner, who demands tips! A courteous thing is when you give awesome service, and treat your customers with respect, and not give them dirty dish to drink out of with hair in it, and make them wait for an ingredient to be available to cook an order, knowing your customer is on lunch...you don't do that to them! Honestly, this will be reported to the better business Bureau. This will be reported on yellow pages and yelp too! You screwed the pooch when you did this to me in humiliation and in front of other customers. This is not cool! Put a freaking sign up Brian! YOU demand tips in order to...

The woman who answered the phone and took our order was completely unethical and very rude. I called and the lady took my order and I asked if it was okay if I was late a little bit and she said just be here before 9pm. I was going to say okay, but I accidentally hung up. I tried calling 10 times through my phone, and my husbands. No one picked up. We went to the restaurant because we thought they would’ve had our order ready since we called so many times from the same number and my husbands as well. We got there 7 minutes before 9pm. The lady answering the phone saw us first and she hid under the register. Yes, VERY childish. There were three employees working. We stood outside waiting for them to look at us and ask us if we needed anything, they looked at us and acted like we weren’t even there. We knocked and they still ignored us regardless. We took a picture of them still standing there and they didn’t seem to care. I am a consistent customer and I usually do not and would not get this type of service. I have recommended many of my friends to this restaurant and they loved it! The food is great, don’t get me wrong, I love it. It is just the personal and they were new I’m assuming because I had not seen them before. After this experience and this comment/ review I most certainly hope the manager deals with this issue and teaches better customer assistance to the newer...

*Updating a final time (10/25) because I'll now go elsewhere. I spent almost 4 dollars on "extra chicken". I've gotten this dish many times and there never seems like there's enough, so I thought, no biggie, I'll spend extra for more. When i was delivered I saw that there was no more chicken in the dish than all the other times I had ordered it without spending the extra money. I called to see if the restaurant wanted to remedy the issue before I updated my review and found a new restaurant, but sadly was told there was more chicken. When I again explained that there was no more than normal, I was told "I don't know. I don't cook the food, I just sell it." What?! Nice way to lose a loyal customer.

Updating and focusing on the curry pad thai. Its probably the best I've had anywhere in the area. Creamy and delicious. Never dry. Its still not spicy at medium, but adding more spice has worked. 4 stars based on the pricing. Its really good, but this restaurant seems much more pricey than its competitors.

Food was decent. My pad thai curry was great but the pad thai had an odd sweetness that wasn't that good. I ordered medium spice, but I had to add more to it...wasn't really spicy at all.

Overall 3 stars due to the price. At over 18 dollars a plate it's much more expensive than other Thai places around that are better flavor and have bigger...

I was really pleased to find 50% off coupon on groupon for Hot Pepper Thai. $30 worth of food for $15.00 . Food is always very good and fresh. The place is a little hole in the wall but always friendly and food is great. This was the first time I ordered a lunch take out and was somewhat disappointed in the portion size. Entrees are served with white rice and this was not marketed as combo plate. So I guess I was expecting small serving of rice and maybe pint of pepper steak. However, I was given med take out box (half with rice & half with entree which was mostly bamboo shoots) . Needless to say I will not be ordering that again. Food was great but for price $ 7.49 not that great. Most asian places charge around $5.50 -6.50 for same with a egg roll. So I guess a matter of choice.

Comfortable and modern design. I love the 2 two-seat tables with the comfy chairs. Service was polite and fast. Restaurant is clean and orderly. I ordered the #7 Seafood Combo red curry (just hot to get sense of their spice levels). The soup had a smoky, almost BBQ flavor to it. Good but different. The entree arrived just as I finished my soup. I could smell the lemongrass & coconut immediately. Happy nose! It was delicious and a sizable quantity for the price ($12.95). Rich, creamy & well populated with seafood & veggies. An FYI: Starting Jan. 1, 2025, the Saturday hours are changing to just dinner.
