Ordered a mini combo platter with HOT fries spent 39 dollars. End up driving 15mins back home just to notice no fries were in there. I called them spoke to a manager and he gave me an option of baklava or another fry. I told them I want another fry (i dont eat baklava). Drove 15mins back there, red hair girl brought me my food out. I drive off and check my bag to see that they gave me a fry 1 container and 2 things of baklava? I didnt ask for baklava and we both made it clear on the phone. I go inside and told them you gave me baklava and I asked for a fry. Forgot his name (chinese guy) said that they handed me extra fry in that small container I asked if you were sure that there were 2 fries in there? He didnt give me no answer and handed me a already boxed up fry that was on the counter already. That fry was supposed to be in my bag the first place!!! ALL ON CAMERA. I think the employees were trying to steal my fries or something and on top of that they didnt even have the hot seasoning on it. I'm goin tomorrow and having a talk with the owner. This is unacceptable. Wasting my time and money at this point. 2.5 hours including drive time wasted. I miss pita way in Auburn hills wayyyy more professional. LETS SEE HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY WILL HANDLE...
Read moreMy favorite go-to sandwich shop. It may not be the cheapest fast food, but you feel good after you’ve eaten it: Ingredients are consistently fresh, healthy, of good quality, not heavy or greasy, and very tasty. Portion sizes are good. There’s usually a busy, happy energy among the workers. The Clarkston location is small & loud (like any fast food spot), but conveniently located with parking always available. Even when busy, the food is real and the service is quick. (You can also order ahead for pickup on Door Dash with no fee.) Don’t be intimidated by the menu. I love a warm “sandweech” with chicken right off the grill, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, & their unique pickled cabbage, spread with hummus & garlic sauce. Take a second and choose your own toppings for a personal creation, like minty tabouli, tahini, a portion of extra chicken or gyro meat, falafel, or fresh peppers. They will roll up your choices and pop it onto the press so it’s served warm & melty. Vegan & gluten-free options are advertised, if that’s your thing. If you like nuts & honey, grab a small buttery, flaky baklava. (Not a lot of sweet choices, but their salads & thick pita-wrapped sandwiches are filling; you won’t miss dessert.) Happy to see they’re expanding in...
Read moreMy friend and I occasionally bring our kids here for lunch after their swim class. Between the two of us we have 5 kids ages 5 and under so it’s always a bit of an adventure. Every time we come in the staff is so patient, kind and incredibly helpful. They do everything they can to help the process of ordering go as smoothly as possible. Today one of the gentleman working there had the idea of doing all the kids’ orders first, writing the first letter of each of their names on the lids to their bowls so we could just say which letter bowl got which add ons. He then suggested setting the kids with their bowls at a table so they can start eating before coming back to order our entrees and pay. My friend and I looked at each other and laughed at how smoothly it all went thanks to him after we had talked about dreading the chaos when we were deciding whether or not we should take the kids out for lunch. Thanks to their help and their great attitudes even with the chaos of kids we were able to have a great lunch with the kids at their favorite place! Not to mention how happy we are that their favorite place is such heathy...
