Extra Space Storage — Local services in Indian Harbour Beach

This was a great short term experience. Steve was great at securing a unit even though it was much bigger than we needed at the time, he communicated as soon as a smaller and better size unit became available. Moving in and out was easy. Compared to another company storage unit we rented for a vehicle, this one was in much better condition. When you rent a unit to store a clean vehicle, you want to take it out clean as well! This did not occur at the last storage place we rented, however, the vehicle came out just as clean at this storage unit. This company should not require staff to clean entire unit walls when the walls are not being touched by storing a vehicle. It's excess. We never touched the walls of this unit and neither did any part of our vehicles. Consider repairing the small rusted exterior outside entrances of the units. Overall experience was great....

Super happy with the service I’ve received at this Life Storage location. Recently, I forgot my gate code and didn’t have the paper I had written it on (it was at home and I was already on my way to storage) — It was outside of the normal Life Storage business hours, so I called their phone number, hoping maybe they had an after-hours service line that could help me avoid having to drive home to get it. I was very impressed with their automated phone system and I was able to enter a series of security questions to gain access to my code. It was perfect and saved me a lot of time! Payments are easily set up on an auto-pay system, units are available in a variety of sizes (love that they have larger options), and everyone in the office has been kind...

I appreciate the swiftness and professionalism shown by Steve Niemeyer at the Life Storage facility at 111 Tomahawk Drive, Melbourne Florida. Steve showed me the unit I would be renting and got me in there very quickly. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had all the information and documentation I need for my own records. Thank you Steve, I appreciate how you handled my requests.

ADDENDUM: Saturday, 06/22/24 - just finished moving my storage contents back into my home. Although my rental unit was short-term I have to say Life Storage was a very good choice for my purpose. They were helpful, efficient and easy on the wallet. Thank you, Laura, it was nice...
