I do not recommend this company! My daughter took her car here to replace her bumpers after hitting an object on the highway. We were told they would order new bumpers and give us a call when itâs done within a week to 10 days. After two weeks we had not heard anything so we called them and they said theyâre still waiting on parts. 30 days go by we give them a call. They say the car is ready. The communication is not existent at this place!!!! Before arrival we get a call stating that the car is NOT ready ???????? four days later we call them to figure out what is going on and they say that the car IS ready for pick up. They have my daughter sign off on what is supposed to be repairs and replacements of new bumpers in upwards of 3000+ dollars. The front bumper is hanging off and misaligned and the back bumper doesnât even look new and itâs flapping on one side as it looks to almost be falling off again. I called up to speak to the manager Amber and she was very defensive and rude and said that they warranty all their repairs. I said the repair was not done but youâre charging us and she said well. Weâll order new parts. After having the car over a month and telling us the car is ready and then trying to send my daughter out the door with the bill. She then got very frustrated âŚ. Did not want to hear anything I had to say or help me at all and hung up on me.!!!!! This is the manager of the store ?????? who, in my opinion is very unethical and thought because my daughter was young she would be able to get away with mediocre repairs of what looks to be used parts and charge full price. I am now going to have to contact my insurance company and stop payment and reach out to the owner of the company to have what should have been very minor repairs done correctly. If this was a reputable business, this should have been done correctly in a timely fashion. They are very unprofessional and unethical. !!! A managerâs job is to help customers, especially when they are in the wrong and make things right as well as double check any items going out the door. It looks like she was trying to cover it up.    Read moreI had to give 1âď¸ star not for my customer service agent âGabbyâwho deserves five stars and the manager who deserves five stars. Gabby called or texted me every 2-3 days with updates. My replacement car was delivered by ENTERPRISE Car Rentals. It was a very smooth transaction and they brought the car to me at Caliber Collision Auto body shop (CC). THE RECEPTIONIST - (what not to Do) who answers the phone and đ greets customers gets the 1âď¸. I AM a new customer at CC walking in to their beautiful facility and the receptionist is arguing with another employee. She proceeds to use the the F word and informed him that she is not going to talk to him the rest of the day (I could care less who she talks to any day). Itâs definitely not a way for a customer to see you behave representing the company. To top it off she let me know that she had to go, âtinkle to the little girls room because she canât hold it any longer,â and she proceeds to jump up and run down the hall to the bathroom leaving me standing at the counter. I did not feel comfortable signing a document because it was holding me liable for the charges when in fact another person ran into me and they had for insurance why would I need to sign a document stating I would pay all charges. The person I have been speaking about snatches the paper from my hand and proceeds to say, obviously you donât understand and proceeds to read the document to me and then said, â sign, sign and date and if you donât we canât do your work.â Lastly, I almost forgot my appointment was at 10:00. I was pulling in their driveway when she called me at 10:01 AM to state they will have to reschedule my appointment, because I am late. Seriously, give me a chance to park and I will be inside. Trust me they did not reschedule my appointment and I spoke to the Manager. They have had my car for two weeks.    Read moreIn February I bought my first car and it was my dream car! I was beyond excited and not only that I was able to go on a road trip too test her out. Within 2 days of my vacation I got hit on a highway and pushed into a car. I was beyond destroyed and my heart was broken. It took the drivers insurance who hit me 3 1/2 months to even get back to me. They were rude, had me calling 10 different people and finally I was fed up! I called my insurance and this location was a Geico certified body shop. Within 24 hours they had my car looked at, got my estimate back to me and kept me updated along the way. My car was done in 48 hours and it looks better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot.
Scottâs customer service was beyond incredible! He kept me updated on what was going on the entire time and stayed late so I could pick my car up. The front desk woman worked with me even when I didnât have a mask with me and the nice older gentleman who came outside to talk to me while I waited.
