Iâm not one that writes reviews, but I feel like I should. I did an online order and had a set time to be picked up at 7 PM. When I came to pick up my order at 7 PM, I saw my order was there grabbed it and both of the employees looked really weird at me. Something told me to ask how long it had been sitting there, so I did, and they both said just for a little bit. One of them finally fessed up that they prepared it at 4:30 which had been several hours earlier. I showed them the receipt that was on the bag and the receipt that I had on my phone that said to be prepared at 7 PM. They did apologize. However, they were going to let me leave the store, knowing my food has been sitting there for hours, risking potential food poisoning and who knows what else, if I had not said anything to them. One of the employees did end up, saying yes, I saw that it was supposed to be ready at 7. I am grateful he at least confessed to that and they quickly made me my subs over again which Iâm appreciative of, I just wonder how often this happens before. I ordered my daughterâs usual sandwich â the same one Iâve ordered week after week. It was made incorrectly, with mayonnaise (which I never select because I know she wonât eat it) and even came with onions, which we donât order. When I pointed this out, the staff claimed it was my fault and that the receipt (which they had retrieved from the trash and would not show me) said âmayonnaise.â I know from my consistent ordering habits that this is not the case.
What was most disappointing was the response: no apology, no willingness to correct the mistake, and absolutely zero customer service. Instead of valuing a regular customer, they refused to make things right and placed the blame on me.
Mistakes happen â thatâs understandable. But how theyâre handled is what defines a business. In this case, it was handled poorly, and that speaks volumes. Sadly, after years of being a regular, I cannot recommend this...

Got home, which is a 15 min drive, and the bread on the bottom of both subs are not just soggy but wet. It was as if the bread was dipped in water. I didnât get oil or dressing. The only condiment I got was mayo so why is the bread wet? I should have known something was up when I wasnât acknowledged and on the way out, the short girl behind the counter had a weird smirk on her face. Good job.
