I went in at 2 pm on a Friday. Most of the foods were adequately stocked but both kinds of noodles were either empty or hard and dry,but that's not my complaint honestly. I asked for a buffet to go and was given a small 3 compartment box and when I tried to pay he wouldn't take my card and directed me to the buffet. I made my box and noticed when I closed it that one of the tabs were broken. I secured the box shut and went to the register to pay and he had a bag open and waiting and I put my box in. When he ran my card and gave me the receipt to sign i saw that it was $8.53! I said to the man-pointing to the sign behind him-that lunch buffet is $6.99. He said my box wouldn't close and the box was broken so it was an extra dollar for that! I said no the tab was broken when I got it and he insisted that no it wasn't! I decided not to argue any further and took my food and left but I feel a need to warn other patrons to be careful of this. I actually hadn't been here for almost a year because prior to this at my last visit where a friend and I ate there at lunch time it was CLOSE to dinner time (like 10 minutes before) and we were charged the dinner price! I just think they're a little underhanded. I rarely ever eat out,but I'll be finding a different Chinese food restaurant the next time, possibly China ll in Indian Trail near Food Lion. Just please be mindful of the time you enter if eating in or inspect the box when the man hands it to you. If one of the little slots that the tab slides into is broken,ask...

I wrote a good review for this place before the COVID pandemic and I would remove it if I could and will do so as soon as I figure out how, but they just closed at 8pm on a Saturday day night when their hours both online and on the sign on the door says they're open to 9. I'm assuming they were still taking to-go orders until 9, but they just didn't want to keep the buffet going for another hour, unless they were blowing off the to-go customers too and just closing any time they pleased and just relying on their busy lunch business to keep things going and cutting costs in the evenings by randomly closing anytime they feel like they aren't making enough for the trouble.

I don't care how good their food is or isn't, because there's a good chance you won't get to taste it if you show up at a time they don't feel like serving you regardless of what their stated hours are, and that tells me they only care about profit and not feeding people.

If they can't profitably stay open for their stated hours, then they should change the hours and stick to them. The fact they won't but closes when they feel like it to save money shows maybe they just need to move on and let another business in that will have reliable hours and service, and an owner who understands that slow nights are part of the cost of doing business in an organized community and you can't just close whenever you feel like it and totally screw up people's...

I saw the online photos and it looks awesome, but when my family and I right away my son said he changed his mind! I (indicator) my wife and I were craving Asian buffet so we ventured to my dismay it was not a large variety. The stuff their was not horrible. The server was on it when it came to picking up the used dishes, so much that she took items that we weren't done eating. I also informed her that I didn't want anymore drink, I went to get another plate when I got back she had taken another cup of the drink that I chose to find that my cup, was filled with the type of drink that I had ask not to fill! I hope it was a clean new cup, but used it to fill my cup. I WAS DONE AFTER THIS! After two plates we were out of options. The fruit bar was hard and not rip or flavored. As I went to pay I asked if they offered a military discount and was told No, not really a game ender but I wonder sometimes... when I cashed out I used my debit card and I usually leave cash on the table but the woman asked if I was putting my tip on the card, I replied no. Before I finished signing my receipt she snached it and the pen. Well I will never eat their again! I LOVE ASIAN FOOD BUT THEIR IS NO EXCUSE FOR A BAD ATTITUDE! I chose to spend a portion of my earned living to support your business, I had many choices and you won, but it was my first and...

Do you know why there is not so much food on the plate?… because there is no food here! We were in this place for the first time and were very upset when we arrived - there were only remnants of food of 3-5 pieces. There wasn’t even beef and broccoli, all the desserts are dry and old, there is no sushi, all the deep frying is disgusting. Well, how can you let people sit at the table and take $11 when you’r restaurant are empty and have no food? It’s just terrible, stop serving people if you see that you don’t have food!!!

😀WOW 😃 I got a take out tray to eat in my RV. Let tell you, this is some of the BEST CHINESE restaurants I’ve eaten at. The generals chicken was everything I was hoping for & the peppers & chicken was even more. The host was greeted with a bow as I came in was very friendly and great to chat with while paying for my order today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHINATOWN BUFFET ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Busy, Packed, Affordable, & good Customer Service!!! Lots of assorted Freshly Hot dishes. They didn't have the dipping sauce for fried dumplings & Lo Mein noodles were too long and thick. In other words didn't taste like your typical Lo Mein. The Hubster didn't like at all. I preferred the Chow Mein & the Beef and Broccoli both were Delicious. Parking is tight.
