The UPS Store — Local services in Indian Trail

I come very seldomly but I came not long ago to drop off some stuff and the packaging was disputed by the female clerk #17379 which I could’ve sworn I picked drop off w/o having to package them like I normally do but I looked and it said differently which was fine I don’t care to pay for boxes or bags. Anyways the main problem was that she was not welcoming came to help me with a bland attitude. I had screenshots of the QR codes and she scanned one and asked which one that one was and I said I don’t know there photos not on the app I thought it would give a description to her like normal and she got rude and started over talking me and asking about the descriptions etc. Not to mention she started scrolling through my photos since she didn’t listen that they were screenshots. Anyways I opened the app and she kept asking what that one was and I kept telling her the QR photos are the same so I’m not sure then she huffed and scanned the one saying well it’ll tell me when I scan it if it’s double scanned or not. Eventually we got done I paid $3.20 or so for some bags to ship it with and she handed me the paperwork and I left. No ending to the conversation or anything. The whole situation was uncomfortable and I think I’ll be going else where...

i always go to this store and when my mother fly's some wheres i ship her clothes, meds etc so she does not have to bother with a carry on bag. we were a day late shipping her items and we got them out on Saturday. I asked the young lady for a return label as well. she printed both but it only rang up one way. not really catching it. It only rang up the pick up label. which there was no tracking receipt for the delivery. i call the main UPS line which i could not even understand the 2 people i talked too. i was in a panic because my mom needed her meds today. I call the store back and a young lady was awesome. her name sound like Jackie. But she call and found the package in Clearwater fla where it needed to be. and the young lady that rang it up called me back and apologized and confirmed the package was delivered to the address in palm harbor. Thank you ladies for your help. it means alot that you stayed on it and reassured me the package was there....

This store is not reliable. I paid to have closing documents overnighted and was told the package would be there by 1030 AM the next business day. In short..I never got an email conformation, I had to call the IT UPS store, I was told the driver never came back for afternoon pick up and was out their control so my package was still sitting there. I had called earlier that morning too and male rep at IT UPS said their server was down..to call back in 90 minutes..he never told me my package was still sitting there. My package had to overnighted AGAIN with delivery for the following business day..thus delaying my closing. This was totally unacceptable and I should have been notified. Who knows if it would have sat another day if I had not called. Will never use this IT UPS...
