UPDATED REVIEW: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Should an issue arise, because sometimes they will, communicate and all the issue to be resolved. My concerns were addressed appropriately. Updating my stars. (10 piece wings with onion rings), my onion rings were not in the bag. The cashier called for them to get the onions rings. There was a bit of a wait on the onion rings so much so that the cashier accommodated me for my wait. Great customer service. However when I got my onion rings even after be extensive wait they were not fresh. They are a panko style breaded onion ring and it appears they were pre fried and sitting under a hot lamp they were not fresh and I didn’t enjoy them. The fries were just the same, not fresh. The lemonade is very tart. They should a little water and more sugar and it would be Perfect. On a little note I am giving them four stars instead of three because the wings were good. Good size and good flavor. I got the Gold Rush and Mambo. I would return for wings only no fries or onion rings. I have also had their grilled chicken Caesar salad in the past and it was good. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat in the area. It’s been great every time I’ve been, but my most recent experience went above and beyond. Wendy took my order with such a pleasant and affable demeanor, and she was experienced and knowledgeable of the menu such that the process was impressively quick and efficient. Then I got my food, and I was actually dumbstruck by the first bite. I went back up to Wendy all serious and said “Who made this?!?” She was a bit concerned and so she went and got the cook, Marvin. He was a bit shook, and I looked him dead in the eye and said, “Young man, you nailed it spot on, and you better have them study whatever it is you’re doing back there tonight to have them replicate it step by step the next time I come through. This was my second time visiting Chex Grill, and once again, I was really impressed! My first visit was for a pickup order, but today I brought my kids for lunch, and we decided to dine in—and I’m glad we did.

The restaurant looks new, very clean, and has a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, especially from aRshad at the counter—he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything with our order was perfect.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and hands down the best chicken I’ve had in Charlotte so far! My kids enjoyed it too, which says a lot. You can really tell they care about both their food and their customers.
