Read moreTrust me if I could give this place no stars I would. We got seated and never got a server until about 15 min my boyfriend had to ask a waitress if we were ever gonna get one, then another 5 min later of employees awkwardly staring at us we finally got one who proceeded to mess up our drinks several times (I mean how hard is it to get a sweet and unsweet tea) and then we finally ordered. Then the real wait begins, are we gonna get our food tonight or go somewhere else (we should have)a good wait later and to our disappointment, the orders where all wrong. The food didn’t come out together and we didn’t even get silverware and after it was set on the table the waiter was nowhere to be seen except over by the corner laughing with his coworkers. So my boyfriend went to go talk to him about the order and the silverware which he handed to my boyfriend to take back himself, then finally he came back to are table to ask about the orders between 5 or 10 mins after he was told, then looks at the RAW bacon and I mean raw RAW pink and white bacon that was gonna give someone food poisoning (we’ll get back into that in a min) and asked if it wasn’t cooked taste, obviously because I would like my food cooked but I was nice about it. My boyfriend on the other hand asked for the manager, if you would call him that, shows him and asked what was going on. The manager rudely kept interrupting him asking what the issue was and then my boyfriend held up the raw bacon and wiggled it. The manager then quickly grabbed all the bacon off the table as to if he was trying to hide it from the other customers then ran to the back then came back out several mins later with what looked like the same bacon that was burnt set it on the table with out a word then proceeded to go look busy. He then begun to stare at us the rest of our time there. He must have told the hostess to watch us as well because she also kept staring our way. After all that we went to use the maple syrup and it seemed as if someone had mixed it with water to make it last longer. Finally back to the food poisoning, as I’m typing this, both my boyfriend and I are feeling sick to our stomachs both holding a trash can with the feeling that we...
Read moreI hate to add to the negative reviews, but unfortunately I’ve also had a terrible experience here. First let me say I’ve worked in the food industry as a high end server and bartender for 23 years. I have tons of patience and understanding especially for new establishments. Anyway, we were seated immediately but then waited a bit (10 min?)to be greeted. A manager came over and brought us drinks. It then took quite a while for a server to finally come take our order. We didn’t even get a “hello”. We give her our order and it was clear she didn’t know the menu as I had to remind her that I had a choice of side item. Then the waiting began. In the first 20 min, we finished our drinks with no offer for a refill. Another server came by and offered one. At this point, we were not certain who our server even was. 20 min later we asked the manager to please check our order. We saw him come out of the kitchen and he appeared to questioning the servers as to whom was taking care of us. We waited about 15 more minutes but no one came by or let us know the status of our food. We were starving and beginning to become impatient. The manager never came back over to let us know if the wait would be much longer, or even to apologize for the wait. It was absolutely unprofessional and terrible customer service. If someone had at least acknowledged or apologized, I would not be writing this review. We finally decided after an hour that we had no more time to waste and we left. I have never gotten up and walked out of a restaurant, but if it takes more than an hour to get pancakes on a Monday morning, there are some serious issues. And just another note: we witnessed three other tables get food that was incorrect and sent back. The table behind me had half of the food right. Her food was sent back as he sat letting his get cold as to not eat without her. Two other tables also sat with nothing in front of them also annoyed at the wait. I sure hope they fix this soon as I know how restaurants work and this is disaster. I wanted to love this place. The inexperienced staff is obvious and unfortunate. Save your time and...
