Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Indian Trail

Customer service is HORIBLE. The employees act like punks. They where out of chocolate ice cream....how is that possible? They took 15 mins to make my kids a cookie sunday....they only had 3 cookies total in the store yet offer 4 different kinds but again...out of them. While waiting for all of that to take place, I was handed my scoop of ice cream with a gigantic eye lash right on top. When I asked for a new scoop wo a eye lash on it the little employee Christan laughed about it and then showed all 3 of the other employees like it was funny. This was my 2nd experience here. Last summer my kids and I came in to get ice cream to no AC and the employee told me their AC has been out for 2 weeks.....whoever runs this store obviously could care less about it....

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Kayla at Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins for making my child’s birthday cake absolutely amazing! 🎂💖

From start to finish, Kayla was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She paid close attention to every detail we requested, and the final result was even better than we imagined. The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious — a big hit with all the kids (and adults too!).

It’s clear Kayla put extra care and creativity into making the cake special, and we’re so grateful. She truly went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable.

Went to Baskin Robins tonight with some friends at 8:50 we walked in, and they seemed in a cheery mood. Until 9 hit and they checked their watches. There was a sudden shift in the employees attitudes. They started blasting music, and talking amongst other employees about my friends and I. We left and as we were leaving one of the employees was cursing at us. We got home to find our Sunday was completely done wrong with hard chocolate on the top, I called to complain and asked if we could speak with a manager about the employee behavior to find out the lady with the sailors mouth was the manager.
