This is my second time coming here the first time was in 2021 with a Chrysler Town & country black van I had a kicker and an amp of my own and I bought a radio from them and had them hook up service with a rear view camera today is taking a long time I'm noticing people come in after me leaving before me 1187 dollars is not cheap and I will pay it but damn do I have to be here for 4 and 5 why you help the Spanish people get out of here quicker I'm ready to go. Wasting my Saturday afternoon and evening. Please hurry up I been here since 11 I'm hungry and ready to go and tired of sitting in your establishment why y'all talk to one another and my truck sitting there with a bunch of your tools laying on the ground ain't nobody working on I'm ready...

Really bad work they installed a sound system in my truck and they were scratches in my door panels then went to check the rest of my truck and they broke some clips and dint put all the screws in my driver door walk inside the shop and owner came out whit me and he whas I will fix everything and then he tells me that something that I aredy paid dint get installed that the one they had was no working He told he was going to get a replacement and whas fine whit that so I drive home and sound system stop working get home and ground whas louse and it dint have a bolt it had tap screws had to rewired everyting myself again Don't trust them whit your cars they will...

My first time at Alexander Audio. As soon as I went in the store a young employee approach me to assist. Provided me with appropriate information regarding my need. Good service regarding instillation. The young ladies were very helpful regarding electronic operation. Being an elderly person she explained the ins and outs of my product (I'm not very knowledgeable with electronic technology). Employees all over the place working on people's vehicles. Very courteous and helpful. It would behoove this business if they expanded. Too crowed but they do good work. Gave four stars because ALL businesses need to improve in one...
