Terrible Experience ā Unprofessional, Rude, and Unreliable!
I had a horrible experience at Home Style Furniture on 4321 Lafayette Rd, Indianapolis. I purchased chairs worth $6,500 and was told theyād be delivered within a week or two. Itās now been over a month, and my order still hasnāt been delivered. Every time I ask for an update or a refund, they canāt give me a date and flat-out refuse to give my money back.
On top of that, some of the staff were incredibly rude and even made inappropriate remarks while I was there. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
