Its been a week since I had my remote car started installed. I have used it every day and have truely enjoyed getting into a car that is already warmed up and defrosted. When dropping my car off for service I spoke with the owner/sam regarding the install of the starter. He took the time to discuss a potential issue that could surface due to the make of my vehicle. He wanted to make sure I was aware of additional expenses that could arise with my car. I truley appreciated that extra effort!! With him explaining things up front only reinforced his customer service ethics to me. Very unusual to experience such and I was very impressed.
