Dollar General — Local services in Indianapolis

I wouldn't have left the one star if it didn't require it to leave a review, this store has rapidly declined in not only customer service but they can't even stoke the shelf's so if you like shopping off of cart's blocking every other isle this is your place !! And don't need to ask simple questions or ask for an item to be removed as I did and was met with a blank stare and wasn't told my total ...screen wasn't showing it... item wasn't removed and not one coupon came off when I asked if they did the one time he spoke, he replied "yes". I called customer service only to be told it was a 45 minute wait to speak with someone and of course got disconnected after over 22 mins on hold. The store manager was having a talk with a plumber the second one to come out to this location in Beech Grove. He was rude to start with and told her there wasn't anything he could do because it's the main sewer drain for the shopping center and not the store that Dollar General only leases from the owners of the property. Then when I got home come to find out, they overcharged me for items that wasn’t even there would not recommend it Customer Service tried calling.
