I called in an order and the owner was friendly and speedy. My ribs were amazing, and he let me try one while I was there to get my food. It seemed like he likes seeing how people enjoy the food. Nice bark, perfectly seasoned, moist and tender, every bite. Delicious brisket (he gave me a sample) and I am hooked. I requested my ribs without sauce and got mustard barbecue on the side, which was very flavorful and delicious. The ribs could totally stand on their own though with no sauce. I had sides of potato salad and smoked Mac n cheese, which were both very good. Even the napkins he gave were of high quality, which is a bonus when you're fingers...

Ok so, I was able to try this truck this weekend. While the BBQ/Smoke flavor was good, it is not worth the $ they are charging. Could have had more, better somewhere else for the same $. The ribs in my rib dinner looked mangled, not as pictured online (smaller, a lot smaller) the baked beans were ok but could have been better. Did not even touch the mac n cheese due to the look alone (looked old and greasy). to which btw you only get like 2-3 oz sides with your $16+ dinner....anywho,...

This man sure does know his BBQ! The taste is one of the best flavors or rib tips. Definitely in the top 3! Truck is not always open. The gentleman that runs it is very nice and sociable. The Macaroni and Cheese and Potato Salad sides where delicious! However on the regular meals the sides are way too small. You would have to get a large side to mean anything. Wasn't a huge fan on Greens buy my husband really liked them. Definitely...
