Taco Bell — Restaurant in Beech Grove

Went to the 'other taco bell' on Thompson..... Walked in to 6 employees not doing much, no one inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. One girl looked up from behind the counter as if I was am intrusion to ask me if we would order from the kiosk. We turned to start our order and I thought, NO! That's what they are working for. So instead of doing something so un-impersonable (which is a big reason this world is turning so bad), we chose to leave and go to this Taco Bell on Emerson. So glad we did! Walked in to a nice young man who greeted us at the counter with a smile and asked how we were doing and then proceeded to ask if he could take our order! Very, very nice! We placed our order, he gave us our cups to get our drinks, we sat down to a nice clean table. Within less than 5 minutes, our food was ready, hot, made perfect. The place was super clean. There was even a young lady who was cleaning the windows! The floors were clean. I used the facilities and even they were clean! It is nice to go into a restaurant and see that it is being ran like it's supposed to be. Not many out there like that any more. After finishing our meal, I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. A very nice lady came to the counter and asked how I was and how could she help me, with a big smile on her face. I proceed to tell her that she had a fabulous group of employees and a great store. Not many go out of their way to give a good review but far too many are ready to complain! I hope this continues and will spread to other...

Taco Bell Corporate will be notified, as well as the Better Business Bureau for the worst handling of a situation at this store. The only Taco Bell my family goes to, which has now turned into a place we have banned for good. I'm a DM for a chain that has over 5,000 locations. This is by far the most unprofessional and inappropriate way to handle a misunderstanding. There were customers inside the store, my family and I walked through a open door. When which we were informed that inside was closed and would have to walk back out of the store, then go through drive thru. Was cussed at by an employee, short, shading grey beard and African American man, we also were treated poorly by the Manager on duty who had brown hair, taller than the employee, caucasian....they both were wearing hats. Stay away from this location that seems to be filled with employees who make their own rules, and then treat you badly because, I dont know, they feel upset when saying something is wrong with and how you all treat a situation that could have easily been fixed in an appropriate manner. If those were my customers, I or my staff easily would have served them, especially if its a carry out order. Apologies would have been made, explained that "the door should have been locked, my staff and I did not get that done so we will be happy to serve you all". This location doesn't deserve a 1 star. But you have to atleast pick a star to even post anthing...

Horrible horrible customer service. Went there the drive threw. I asked what was in the Grande meal and the little girl snapped at me twice due to the fact that I couldn't understand what she was telling me because she was horse playing with her co workers! I work hard for my money and when I choose to eat out some where I expect to have good food and service. I called to report my poor experience and the manager Lacey on duty said if there will be a problem don't come in because Maba or Marba what ever the girls name was is working. Seriously!!! Why would there be a problem when I simply was calling to let the manager know of my experience! I would not recommend spending your money here or wasting your time. You will get horrible service. The whole time we waited for our food they were horse playing and eating at the window. I should have asked for my money back right them and there! What really blew my mind was when the night manager lacey just told me not to come in because that girl was working! Regardless she was in the wrong for getting crazy on the speaker when I simply asked a question!! There are plenty of respectful individuals out here that would love to have a job. Instead they hire young immature kids that want to horse play and act like i was bothering them when they are supposed to be working. Cleary even Lacey could care less. Customer service is real and serious! This Taco Bell needs quick changes in...
