Nite Owls Saloon and Grill — Restaurant in Beech Grove

This is the first time I have ever ate here for lunch one of the guys at the office found it and told us we should try it. I’m not going to lie to you when I walked in. I was very skeptical but the chicken wings were freaking amazing. They Daytona style them so they toss them and sauce and then put them back on the grill, and cook them a little bit longer and I am not going to lie to you. I would put these wings up against anybody. They were big and very tasty. The service was great. The lady that served us. Our drinks never went dry. She was very polite and very helpful when ordering, the only complaint I have is the atmosphere is that they still allow smoking inside this building and so there was a guy smoking cigars and cigarettes they kind of stunk the place up, but it is a bar and that should be expected huge on the inside, they have about 100 dartboard so they have darts there through the week I would definitely not be scared to go in this place and tear some wings. Night of 2/22/25 the new owner wanted to scream and argue like a child about how my friends ID was fake. She just turned 21 a few months back and had a new ID with the star and looked exactly like my ID under their flash light and I am 40 years old. The owner wanted to argue and showed her old ID that still had the pink strip at the top with no star to compare claiming hers is fake. Horrible customer service from a NEW owner! Cops got called to prove the ID was real and she still would not let her come in. For a business that relies on paying customers to keep the business open they should treat their customers with respect and not scream and yell like a child. Some dude named Bobby that was there that the bartender told me had some mental issues kept following me to the bathroom and acting like he was doing drugs and then when I told him in the bathroom to stop following me I came out of the bathroom to leave the establishment and he started yelling that I was a narc or the police really what kind of patrons are you letting in your establishment? The two bartenders that I dealt with were very nice and one of the patrons gave me a hug because Mother's Day is a tough day for me other than that fellow everything at night owl seemed to be OK a place that I planned on visiting many times during my stay in Indianapolis which could be three or four months but after the experience I had I will not be going back and I will not be recommending it to my 10 employees that are due back Monday following Mother's...
