Absolutely the worst experience ever!. I pulled up to the drive through line at 10:10 am on Sunday. There were 2 cars in front of me until I could order . No problem...I'm prepared to wait my turn. Then a young female comes out at 10:30 am and changes the sign from lunch to breakfast. I rolled my window down and asked her if I could still order breakfast because I had been sitting in the line for over 20 minutes. She said that shouldn't be a problem. Finally, i get up to the speaker at 10:38 am. I try to order my saugae/egg croissant value meal and the boy says that its lunch now and i can't order breakfast! What!!!???? By this time i had been sitting in the line for almost 30 minutes just to order! I told him what the female had said when i spoke with her. He went to double check with someone and came back on the speaker and said, sorry. We still can't do it. What!!!??? So by this time, I'm livid. I ask to speak with his manager. He got a lady by the name of Erin on the speaker. I told her the situation and that I'd been in line for over 30 minutes now just waiting to order breakfast. She said, I'm sorry, we only have hash browns, or French toast sticks available. What!!!??? I then asked for the corporate number to call and complain. She said that she didn't have it but that I could look it up. Uhmm, okay! She said that they are really busy right now waiting on customers. Well, what am I if not a customer. By this time, I was done. I ended up having to wait an additional 5 minutes just to get up to the window so that I could pull around the 2 other cars still waiting for their order. NEVER AGAIN will I give try to give this business my hard earned money. If they don't care enough about EVERY customer and trying to do right by them, then they obviously don't need my money. Update 6/13/2025 - welp we are back to 1 star. Location was unable to fulfill my order due to the computer system being down. Fine. Since I ordered in the app I had to go through the chatbot in the app to ask for a refund.
Went back into the app this evening to check on my support ticket and I got a message saying my account was suspended that then locked me out of the support chatbot entirely. Called this location to explain the situation and ask if they could remake the items I paid for but was unable to receive if I went in the next morning and showed them what I ordered on my app and they flat out said no.
No explanation other than “to go through the app” and “there has to be a phone number”. I asked what the phone number was or where to find it (because there is no phone number. It’s just the chatbot I’m locked out of on the “contact us” section) and they couldn’t answer the question and then copped an attitude with me so I hung up.
I’m so angry at this situation. All they have to do is make me the food I paid for. Maybe a $2-3 food cost that I paid $10 for. Instead of good service I get a bad attitude.
Update 5/4/2024 - location has improved substantially since my last review. The store won’t get a fifth star out of me until they schedule the night crew properly. Had one person working the whole place after like 7 pm on Wednesday 5/1. He was crushing it. I don’t think I waited more than 20 mins for any of the delivery orders I took for this place all night and he was SUPER friendly. Mans NEEDs support at least 3 more people.
35 minutes. And I ordered ahead on the app. The prices are too high but the food it tasty. Should not take this long but once you are trapped in the drive thru there is no escaping...
Read moreWe waited almost an hour in this drive up line at 5:30 PM on a Thursday evening, nothing special, not dinner time, and no holiday going on. Why, didn't we just pull off and leave??? Because they have concrete barriers which outline the drive thru lane so you can't pull off. I tried to back out but the woman behind me would not budge although she was just sitting a space behind us at the order speaker waiting as well with no car behind her. We finally gave our order and had to repeat it 5 times( I am not exaggerating any of this). It was finally repeated correctly with no total given and we moved forward. After waiting another 18 minutes, we got to the payment window and received our food. The payment collected was $14.00 which sounded reasonable considering the 2 for $4 deal and meal specials we had ordered. Our meal had one burger dressed wrong, 2 drinks and no sides. When we asked about it we were told we didn't pay for the actual order. We had to pay another $26.00 for the remaining 2 sandwiches and sides which totalled $40.00 for a meal deal with drink, 1 jalapeno bites, and one 2-for-$4 sandwich deal that should have totalled $14.00 plus tax and county luxury fee... 15 to 16 bucks max. The new order we paid nearly 2x the price for was still wrong with poorly dressed burgers, no chicken sandwiches, no condiments nor napkins, and no customer service at all. Some places just need to be shut down and this is one of them. I don't try to eat here often because of their issues, but unfortunately it is this way EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ever had to eat here due to my having no other option but to go here. I suggest you avoid this restaurant all together. Try LJS just north of it or Taco Bell across the street or even the food at the speedway across the street...
