I'd leave zero stars if I could. Their customer hit my car by failing to look while in reverse. In the process of damaging the body of my vehicle, they also damaged the rim of my wheel. The rims are after market, not cheap. I have a 2019 4Runner. Also not a cheap car. The rim was unable to be replaced due to the company discontinuing that specific rim. Therefore I would have to accept a different color rim or buy 3 myself and the insurance only agreed to replace one. In my opinion, the best thing for this insurance agency to do is replace all 4 rims due to their customer hitting me and causing the damage in the first place. Otherwise, I would've never replaced these rims. I all but pleaded with the agent to replace them and he showed absolutely no care at all and was short and rude with me. Telling me to accept the different color rim or contact my own insurance company. Why? So I can pay more on my own policy for an accident I didn't cause? I think not. Why would I accept a different color of rim? That's outrageous to even recommend.
I promise, I will never be doing any business with this company as far as purchasing a policy. And I hope I dont have any further reasons to speak with them at all at this point. Good luck to anyone with a claim dealing with this company, they won't care to do...

Last night at 7:45 I made the 1st call to RA and it wasn’t long I got a text that a wrecker would arrive in 15 to 45 minutes. An hour later I called the Towing Company and they said they weren’t dispatched to my location and weren’t available. After several calls and texts and over 2 hours in to this mess a company contacted me and said it would be at least 2 hours before they could make it. I decided to get a ride home and wait. At 1 am or so I fell asleep and got up around 5:30 and still no car. I got a couple texts overnight from FB while I was asleep and responded when I got up and 3 hours later they haven’t responded. Read moreI'm not sure if the agents are understaffed or just not trained properly. The service they provided was very polite and got absolutely nothing done with a smile all the while. My vehicle was struck while I was parked on the side of the street. Clearly I was not liable. It took them three weeks to determine that and then almost a month have someone look at my barely drivable vehicle. Five days have passed and I still haven't heard anything back. When you call to inquire about a claim you will ALWAYS be directed to someone's voicemail with hopes that they will return your call. If you rely on your insurance provider to assist you in a timely fashion when you actually need them for the services you pay for monthly, this is not the insurance company for you. They are very polite when giving you the run around. I guess that counts...
