Went into this shop to get my pants altered and was immediately met with negative energy. Was told by the worker/owner that I should take my pants back to where I got them from instead of having them altered. I repeatedly told her that I ordered the pants online and sending them back wasn’t an option because I had an event coming up. She kept telling me how much it would cost, which was never an issue, and that basically it was too much work. I’ve never been to a place that specializes in specific things and wasn’t willing to accommodate a customer like such. Also as i exited the building, the woman immediately locked the door behind me; which was very strange because i was nothing but respectful. 0/10 this...

The lady that works here is so sweet! I needed to get something altered that I knew would be pricey, but Idecided to get it done anyway since it was for my sister's wedding. Instead of just doing the alteration and have me spend the money she gave me a lot of advice on what I can do to make the dress work.

I took my daughter dressed to be altered for prom and tye store closed right before I got off work soshe could not try on the dress.. so my daughter tries on the dress and the dress still had the pin at the top so the top of her dress was too big! I called the owner and she hung up on me then I call back and she yells to bring the dress back.. for what the prom is over... she yells over me...bring the dress back.....
