We went to TJ Maxx today and had the worse experience while looking at Jewerly. The employee there named Angela was extremely rude and had total disregard of treating people kindly. My mom was looking at some Jewerly and asked to see a watch and the employee Angela just started YELLING the line is "Over There" when she was literally just talking to one other customer. She could have just said I will be right with you or I am busy at the moment I will help you right after this customer. I also saw another customer come in to return a couple of rings she just purchased minutes ago because she realized they were a bit damaged. The employee Angela just started to interrogate and berate her saying that she never sold them that way and if she accidentally sat on the rings, when the customer repeatedly told her she just walked out of the store with them and didn't do anything to damage it. I have never in my life seen someone do that to a customer, and I later went up to the girl to ask her if she was okay. If Angela doesn't want to work with people and act that rudely she shouldn't be...

It's holiday season. Got a gift two sizes too large for me, came in to return it.

Had the gift receipt. Product had all tags except the store price tag.

Took them 20 minutes to figure out how to process the return. Even their manager Kim fumbled with the system.

Like the other reviews mentioned, the staff is predominantly African American. They're nice, but lack a professional attitude. Friendly with other African Americans but kind of just ignore you if you're not. The lady helping me started talking about shoes with another customer while I was waiting.

She was trying her best to help me get the entire amount refunded. However the lady next to her simply wanted to rip me off first saying it wasn't returnable and then saying only a portion of the sale could be refunded. It got refunded btw. Your experience could go either way.

I love shopping at TJ Maxx... But I have a small inconvenience, because I thought I had the funds in one card I swiped it and it declined it 4 time, we told the young lady we were just gonna go to the layaway department... But I call my husband and ask him about where was the money at he said use the other card which I did... But the way manager was looking at me and she didn't remove herself from the register until I pay for everything, the stuff was still in the bag. But I hope the young lady didn't not get in trouble for letting me take the items inside the bag...

But I don't have time to steal, lie or even try to get anyone in trouble, bit the manager wasn't the most pleasant person at all! I will still shop at TJ Maxx but NOT this one... It's sad you can't be trusted no matter the race, color or...
