Nice newer store with a decent amount of selection and I like that they have the toys out where you can handle them. The prices are a little on the high side but the staff was absolutely horrendous I was the only person in the store I had three employees following me around pestering me repeatedly every one to two minutes asked me if I was finding everything all right I'm trying to read a box the girl from the cash register creeps up behind me just telling me stories about her boyfriend unsolicited. I get they need to monitor the area and make sure people aren't stealing stuff but my God like they just wont stop talking to me I'm trying to read the box and find out information about the product and they're telling me just nonsense less people better quality would be a good idea. I normally appreciate a helpful staff at a store and sometimes it's hard to find but they were well beyond helpful they were just annoying had useless information and kept telling me about stuff that I wasn't even interested in buying. I think they thought I was shy and afraid to ask when in reality I know more about those products probably than they do or do extensive online research and I was just wanting to see a few things in person. It is almost bad enough I don't want to go back there it's a shame because it is a nice store. They need to do more sale items like...

Great Selection! Great customer service! Did not disappoint. I was in New orleans and stumbled across this GEM of a store and then I found out there was one where I lived. So of course I had to check it out. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by SUSIE and they made me feel so welcomed. Asked how I was and asked how they could help me. I told them I was in for my first time and they reassured me that they would help if I had any questions. I looked around for a bit and found a glass piece and asked them to hold it up at the counter for me while i still browsed, they obliged. we made conversation while i was picking them out and they were so friendly. I continued shopping and when i got up to check out they were still smiling away before i even approached. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their work. Made more conversation with me while checking out & made sure to ask me about cleaner for the couple toys i found. I know they’re just doing their job, but it’s little things like that because customers like me do forget about...

Five stars for all the other employees that work there until I had to deal with Dana who I just found out is some kind of manager very rude I asked her about my points cuz she didn't ask for my phone number if she told me it was too late after I just spent over $200 there never got a receipt when I asked for one because I did not get my points and the customer service was just the worst I've ever had All the other people are always so kind and gray and asking me about my night and just giving real good service until I ran into Dana which makes me not want to come back in there If this is your manager or whatever kind of manager she is she needs...
