Grainger Industrial Supply — Local services in Inglewood

I was looking for some nitric acid and found what i was looking for, but since. I live around the corner decided to got to their store since the product is acid. to deliver to my home was 35+ i said i pick the item at their store and save $35.well they did not have it on stock and would not deliver to their store ,then what's the point. Today (3/15/21) I get an alert on my phone and is a Grainger Industrial supply i believe is customer service and i must say Grainger kudos for Caring and answering customers concerns.that's why today ill take back that one 🌟 give you 5 🌟 thank you for taking care of...

I got what I was looking for, but I could not call ahead to specific stores to see if they had the item I wanted.

So I drove to one store for a special screw and they did not have it. They also did not have the number to the next store to do an inventory check on the one box that the computer showed that they had. I made the 20-minute drive and luckily the store had the one box that the computer system showed that they had.

I really appreciate getting the box of screws that I need, but communication needs to be opened up at a local level instead of everything going through a 1-800...
