Out of 25 years I’ve never dealt with unprofessionalism, and a lack of accountability and respect for life from a wholesaler. Order a bunch of fish for a show and they shipped it standard fish arrived 3days later all dead over 500$ worth of fish and they refuse to be accountable.

UWW this place is operated illegally. They sell to people without federal tax IDs who sell out of their houses. This wouldn’t be illegal if they weren’t charging wholesale prices without tax. If you have a brick and mortar retail store do not buy from them until they stop selling to anyone and everyone. It’s not fair to us hard working fish store owners. People operating out of there houses with little to no over head should not be able to under...

Crooked company MANY COOKED employees UPS paid them for 2 claims and they will not refund my money. This company overcharged me and will not refund me the money they owe me.
