Every experience I have had at Card Universe (dozens) have all been phenomenal. There is something for everybody, whether you’re just a collector or a player too. The community within Card Universe is strong, and everyone is always welcomed. The customer service is above and beyond any other retail experience I have ever had. All it takes is 2 or 3 visits and everyone knows you by name. Joe has done a great job creating a welcoming hobby environment that provides an exceptional experience every visit. They have a great selection of both singles and sealed Pokemon and Magic, as well as several other mainstream TCG brands.

Every experience I have had at Card Universe has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is knowledgeable, and are very fair with their prices. The environment is professional, while also being fun, which can be a hard balance to achieve. Their new space (which includes a large area for their card tournaments and trade nights) is very clean and organized very well. The staff at Card Universe that I have met (Joe, Dawson, Victoria, Jet, and both Matts) have shown their passion for their respective areas of expertise (Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Sports cards, and more), but have also been extremely fair with both sales and trades to customers of all ages. This place has a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. I play magic with my husband and our group of friends there often and every time we have been all the staff and the owners were just so friendly and seem like wonderful people! The prices on things are very good and they have a really good trade in value as well!! There is a little cafe at the front of the store and it is so good!!! I tried the guava and cheese pastries and they were delicious, I can’t wait to try more!! It’s been late whenever we have been up there so I haven’t had the chance to try the coffee but I am positive it’s just as good as the pastry!!
