They have a small sign at the register stating that they charge a 3% fee for credit card transactions. And the cashier/possible owner argued with us about the fee, stating that this was normal everywhere (it's not, and it's actually likely against the contract with the CC company).    Read moreI have stopped there many times over the years, but now under new ownership, I find that the store has many of the very same knick-knacks, clothing, souvenirs and Northwoods artistry as before, but at significantly lower prices than the previous owner. This was a very pleasant surprise. The new owner Heather, and her daughter Olivia took their time to help me personally during my visit to their shop on 03/26/2025. I felt welcomed and valued.
