I use this thrift store multiple times a month. I also use it as my primary source of donation location due to the fact it supports childhood cancer funding. As a thrift store it is wonderful and clean, organized and well cared for. However, my complaint is with the store manager Debbie. Today I was parked in the stores parking lot and my vehicle was damaged by the stores work van. When I came out from shopping I let an employee know immediately and showed the damage. My vehicle, nor the stores van was moved. It was parked over the yellow lines crossing into my spot. When the back doors of the van were opened one of the doors hit my drivers side door. Debbie was then involved. She then, along with the other store employees proceeded to tell me how it was not the stores van that caused the damage and would not give me the insurance information. After 30 minutes of Debbie and multiple store employees telling me it was not the van (mind you the van had never been moved and still parked next to my vehicle) and arguing with me about my vehicle and how it had other dings (not relevant, they didnāt match up with the van door that was still lined up with my drivers side door) so it shouldnāt be an issue that there is damage. Extremely disappointed in the way this was handled and the fact that the store manager Debbie refused to give me the insurance information for the store van. Again my review is not against the store which is wonderful, it is against the management and how they handle customers and situations. Will not be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey recently started changing the prices on things so dresses that used to be $2.99 are now as high as retail being $35 $100 etc. It's not just on dresses but it's on shoes and all other clothing items. Some of the items are not even luxury brand items there Mall items and the prices are higher than what you would pay to get it brand new. The staff is really nice and I have found some nice things there but I would recommend having somebody do more brand research. The items are donated and I understand the proceeds go to a very good cause but that shouldn't allow greed to get in the way and start charging really ridiculous prices. This used to be my go-to thrift store and since the price changes I've found it cheaper to just go to Goodwill or salvation army. And that really stinks because I would prefer to give my money to help children but I can't go broke because your prices are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLucky to get that one star review.. after a week later of the furniture item purchased. Then they scratched my door and couch with when they delivered. I got accused of paying with a counterfeit $50 for my item. I went to Bank of America ATM to get cash. It only gives $20 bills on $60 withdrawals. Banks don't give counterfeit money. Camera to prove and time stamped. I was told I'm lying. I guess the manager thought... I'd give them 50 dollars. ...NOT. Why wait a week or wait until I come back in the store to say anything. I complained about damage, to receive store credit of 50 dollars. . Really horrible management ......
