If you go on a Friday Saturday or Sunday expect nowhere to sit and screaming children everywhere. This place is a love-hate for me. I will go Monday through Thursday with no problem. On a Friday Saturday or Sunday expect a long line, nowhere to sit and no food on the buffet and children running around everywhere. It's a deal! $5 for all you can eat pizza! The Price Is Awesome. I knew better than to go on a Friday night on our last trip there. The line was out the door and there was so many people there that people were paying and having to wait for a table to be available. The staff was not making sure that there was available seating but was actively taking people's money with nowhere for them to sit. We just so happen to luck out and get a booth. We have been there maybe 10 minutes and I got up to refill my drink and the person I was with got up to make themselves a salad and we were both gone maybe 2 minutes. When we came back to our table, all of our stuff have been cleared off the table including our plates that I had some cheese bread on (because that was all I was able to get from the buffet at the time) and there were people sitting at our table. I said what is going on and where is our stuff and the lady sitting there with her children said oh I'm sorry I thought you guys were gone. So, in less than 2 minutes they had cleared our table and sat other people where we had been sitting. It was a madhouse. Plus, there was a birthday party going on and there was a group of college guys there as well that were taking platefuls a pizza that were stacked with (no kidding) about 15 pieces of pizza on one plate. People were standing there waiting for pizza to come out of the oven because there was nothing on the buffet. Monday through Thursday is...
Read moreI hope the owner will care enough to address fixable areas of improvement to get my rating back up to 5 stars.
The staff here is friendly, mostly smiling and welcoming. The food is consistently good, fresh and hot. =) Where things go downhill is IN the dining room itself.
My family used to come quite frequently, so this review is from a local fan hoping to see things improve. My last two visits have my entire family feeling done, which is sad because the issues are totally fixable.
We came in December and again this week. Both times the dining room experience was problem after problem.
Supplies: Only 2 of the plentiful napkin dispensers (ever) seem to have napkins in them. Utensils were out previous time in addition to empty napkins, multiple empty drinks and a near constant outage of cinnamon rolls. (I literally waited 20 minutes at the station last time bc employees kept saying they'd be out in a moment.)
The biggest issue is that our family finds it incredibly annoying to eat here. They have very loud, intrusive arcade games with constant shooting and game noise IN the dining area. I truly believe it's driving away repeat customers because it's the most obnoxious place I can think of to eat in the area.
Video games could surely have volume lowered significantly and supply issues means more attention is needed to keep an eye on what's running low in the dining room area. Hoping to see these areas addressed bc it's a great place to keep in...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting this particular Cici's and it will be my LAST. Upon arrival the kids picked a booth but immediately stated, "ew this one is dirty!" So we opted to pick another but all of the available booths were "dirty" (food on table/floor, napkins on floor, etc). After picking the cleaner of the available tables we proceeded to fix our plates. I immediately noticed how incomplete the salad bar appeared...there was lettuce, tomatoes, and other veggies...but no meat. Don't know if this is a staff or company issue but i would have liked some bacon bits for my salad. Moving along, the pizza selection was completely lacking...there was LITERALLY 5 pizzas to pick from and 3 were pepperoni... No cheese pizza, no thin crust, empty spaces etc. We attributed the "lacking" selection to them being busy and running out but the urgency to replenish wasn't there as we noticed staff kicked back talking and laughing. Beyond the previous mentioned flaws, the most disturbing was how DISGUSTING the floor was!!!!! The young lady cleaning tables (African American with braids) would wipe everything off of the tables onto the floor AND LEAVE IT THERE. My husband and I both noticed it. After about 45 mins of being there the floor didnt get cleaned until another employee came in (buff Caucasian guy with tattoos). Horrible first impression and from now on we'll make the drive to the other Cici's...
