My husband went shopping at Grayson. Actually, a first experience for him. He needed assistance. Instead they took advantage of the situation and sold him a "minute" gold chain that cost $300+. Now, according to the manager, our money is held up by Grayson due to their so-called 'policy'. (Do you live in a White House). We must purchase something else in order to retain our money. I wrote and made a personal request for a refund due to health issues & doctor bills. That money can pay off a doctor bill. In this time of high cost-of-living, a management decision can reverse the rules. That would be the nice thing to do. But we are not working with 'nice' people. More like money-hungry thieves. Do you really expect me to purchase something I really don't want after being treated like a second class citizen? Do you need the money that badly? I can give you the money as a "charity" donation. Recently, I went to this place to get my digital watchband replaced, as it had broken. I bought my own band ahead of time and went in to this store as I was passing through town to get it replaced. I was in the store for an hour while they tried to fix it, but I was really rough with it (hence the broken band) and it was nearly torn to shreds on this inside. They barely go one side off, then had a hard time getting the new band on. Over the next month, they fixed it. I would have given up 2 days in. But they persevered, and I only paid $5 for the repair. They shipped it back once it was fixed in a neat box and had a handwritten note apologizing for the time spent on it.

And on top of that, they're really nice! 10/10, would visit again. The only downside is that the "mode" button no longer works but hey it's an old watch and I was rough with it, so oh well. I can...

I love Grayson’s! I purchased my wedding band here years ago. I recently went back here to get my husband’s wedding band re-sized. They were very accommodating. I didn’t even purchase the band from them and they were okay with re-sizing it. Then I went back before they sent it in because the original place I got it from would re-size it for free. Long story short, they were very kind about it and gave me a refund. I think that says a lot. I will be back if I ever need my jewelry resized and when i decide to upgrade my current wedding ring.
