Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

Ordered online to "skip the line." We ordered and sat in the parking lot until it was ready. In the ten minutes for our one pizza and crazy bread to be done, about eight cars jumped into the drive-thru, for which I was happy I'd ordered online. No way was I going to have to wait! I just needed to show the cashier my number, but wait! The doors were locked! Drive-thru only! I had another several cars pull in. I was going to need to wait in a line that now stretched to the street, about twelve cars from the board you order from. Nope. I drove around and a gentleman from the car who was next for the window permitted me to speak to the drive-thru lady (I asked him if it was okay to do so and explained why) and she got my already-paid-for order. I gave her my debit card and asked her to give that gentleman an order of cheesy bread, and I'd pay for it, as a way to say thank you for letting me jump in and grab my order. That's when I saw there were only two people running the entire store, when I walked up to the drive-thru for my order. Only TWO PEOPLE run a pizza joint on a FRIDAY NIGHT?!? This is the worst little Cesar’s in the country I’m sure. They allow online ordering, but do not actually prepare them until you show up 20 mins later. They will tell you “we didn’t get that till just now” with a straight face and no apology. After the third time of the same routine, I stopped ordering online. They do not answer their phones, either. If you ask to buy additional items, like a side of sauce or a soda, you will get a sigh, and eye roll, and a “do I really have to do that?” look. The woman who is usually at the window is the rudest I’ve come across at any service establishment. The truth is, she’s likely overworked and the business understaffed. Either way, I’m done trying. The staff is absolutely awful. Every time I go here there rude. It could be there fault and still same thing. Not long ago I waited outside 45 min for my pizzas I went to the door and knocked and they pointed at sign saying drive thru only which was wrapped around building at time I couldn’t get in drive thru if I wanted to. The owners are rotten the staff is rotten. I picked up for door dash today and the lady that was at the window today was so unpleasant and unprofessional. What do u want I’m picking up for door dash rolled her eyes and said well for who!! This place is awful to deal with and corporate needs to get involved! The door dash was literally 1000 ft away.
