It was my first time shopping here and at first I was very excited. People were helpful and I felt like Iād be in good hands. They had some beautiful things there that are definitely worth looking at. I had to have assistance in getting my pieces loaded and unfortunately in the move one of the trim pieces on my furniture was pulled off and messed up the paint from being dropped as well. I guess thatās normal considering the fact I had someone else load it. However, I left the piece there in hopes it could be repaired (it was to the best of their ability). I came back with my truck and saw it sitting up front waiting for me and I could tell it was unfortunately just something beyond his abilities to fix. He said he was sorry and that was it. He then decided to throw it on his hip after I had mentioned I had someone with me to help him load it and was ignored. I didnāt get his name but he said he was the general manager. I hope this was just an off day for him and he isnāt normally this carefree with things. I understand that customer service is consistently moving and a fast paced profession. But considering how lovely this secretary desk is with the paintings and intricate details, I thought it would have been handled a little more carefully. I would have loved to buy more pieces, but after that encounter I doubt Iāll buy anymore big...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThereās absolutely no visible open or close sign or hours of operation from the outside. I walked in to shop and there were two ladies at the cash register who did not acknowledge me. As I began to shop the lights in the entire building went out. So I made my way to the front to ask what the hours of operation are. One lady scarfed at me and said she had already made two announcements. The other lady pointed to the front window and said the hours are listed there. And sure enough, There is a sign with the hours on it hanging in the window. When I went outside I looked again to see if I was just crazy and had missed it. But no, the open sign and the hours of operation sign are in a window that is tinted so darkly that you cannot see anything. Even when I drove up to the window I could not tell what the hours were because the windows were so darkly tinted. I was told that the manager did not want to offend anybody. Well, I am offended that the lights were turned out on me without warning. And I was made to feel foolish because I didnāt see the tiny, dimly lit sign hanging in the limo tent window. I will not be back. Rude!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHuge management & customer service issues I made a purchase of several items totaling around $400. The girl helping me accidentally put in an additional 0 behind one of the items when charging my card and so i was overcharged by $50. It's easy to make mistakes & that was no big deal- because one would assume there would be someone on staff with the authority to give refunds in situations like this, right? Nope. They literally do not staff people on site that can issue a refund. So they had to call the manager who was off (who is apparently the owners father?). He would not give them authority or any instruction over the phone to give the refund so I had to wait there until he could drive to the store. Upon arrival, he was clearly furious (not apologetic), not only at me but was also ugly to his employees who made a simple mistake that should have been no big deal. Seriously was the rudest person I have ever met. I feel bad for the people that work there. Great vendors and store, just not the people in ownership that I would want to support by purchasing there.
Disclaimer: They do have great vendors and an...
