Sneaky Pete’s — Restaurant in Irondale

I went in this morning to purchase a fried bologna sandwich w/cheese and mustard only. Paid the cashier when several other men came in to place an order. The lady cooking the food started yelling & screaming at the cashier to make sure that you write down exactly what they want on the sandwich. Told the cashier that you drive me crazy because you don't do it right, now you fix this. Needless to say that when I got back to work my sandwich had mayo on it instead of mustard because of her not paying attention to what SHE was supposed to be doing. If the lady cooking the sandwich hadn't been screaming and yelling maybe she would have done a better job herself. Rude, rude, rude & so unprofessional in front of your customers. I gave them another try today, asked for my fries extra crispy. At this point I think the staff just genuinely does not know what terms like extra crispy and Well Done mean, because these fries are softer than usual, I don't understand why/how.

Literally every time I've asked for it rare, midrare, or on the rare side the cashier says "Well done?"

"No," I say, "the opposite, less done, more rare, not as cooked as normal."

"I understand," she says.

After a second attempt to try their food and service compelled me to write this review. Once again, the manager has a very bad work ethic to the point she threatened me to be kicked out of the restaurant bc I gave her a bad review on website. And even threatened to call the police on me bc of a bad review. A friend of mine works there and has been treated very poorly by this manager.The angry terrible managers name name is Rita.
