NEIL IS THE BESTTTT, NEW TO ALABAMA AND RECEIVED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. VICTORIA IS AWESOME AS WELL!!!! THE STORE IS BEAUTIFUL AND SOOOO CLEAN! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I HAD ORGINALLY LEFT AN OUTSTANDING REVIEW.....BUT NOW DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!! MY ORGINAL ORDER WAS A LOVESEAT AND SOFA. NEAL WROTE DOWN 2 SOFAS. I EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS MY ERROR FOR NOT LOOKING AT PAPERWORK AND WAS I BROUGHT THE ERROR TO THE STORE THEY SAID THAT WE ORDERED TWO SOFAS. NEIL ADMITTED ALSO THAT HE SAID SOFA AS WELL AND WROTE IT DOWN IN ERROR AS WELL. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HEARD US SAY "SOFA". NEIL THEN TOLD US THAT WE NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER. WE WAITED SEVERAL DAYS AND THEN ON MARCH 13TH 2025,MY HUSBAND AND I SPOKE WITH CHRIS WHO STATED HE WAS THE MANAGER. ONCE WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO CHRIS IT FIRST STARTED OUT AS A YELLING CONVERSATION AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THE FURNITURE IS CUSTOM MADE AND NO REFUNDS ARE WARRENTED. WE DIDN'T WANT A REFUND JUST RECEIVED WHAT WE ORDERED. FINALLY WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT AND I TYPED EVERYTHING THAT CHRIS AND MY HUSBAND DISCUSSED. WHICH WAS STATED THAT THEY COULDN'T RETURN THE SECOND SOFA WHICH WAS ORDERED IN ERROR BY THE COMPANY AND IF WE PAY 200.00 ONCE LOVESEAT ARRIVES WE CAN GET THE LOVESEAT. WELL, TODAY APRIL 29TH 2025. MY HUSBAND GO TO STORE AND THEN TOLD TO PAY 300.00, HE TOLD THE PERSON THAT CHRIS THE STORE MANAGER TOLD US 200.00. MY HUSBAND PAID 200.00 AND WE HAVE OUR LOVESEAT AND THIS IS WHAT WE ORGINALLY WANTED JUST A SOFA AND LOVESEAT. THEN CHRIS SENDS ME THESE VERY RUDE CONDESCENDING TEXTS AND VERT ARROGANT STATING THAT MY HUSBAND AND I ARE USING THEM AND BASICALLY LIAR"S. NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR THE ERROR AND WHEN I SENT CHRIS THE NOTES FROM MARCH 13TH , HE REPLIED VERT STUPID. OH. WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS A NEW STORE AND THEY NEED CUSTOMERS. I AM A RETIRED NURSE AS WELL AS A EX EMPLOYEE OF AN OUTSTANDING FURNITURE STORE WHICH I INFORMED THEM AT THIS STORE. I REPLIED TO CHRIS TO WORK ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGAIN SENT ME A VERY VERY STUPID REPLY, OH, A CUSTOMER WAS IN THE STORE WHEN WE WERE THERE AND PURCHASED A RECYLINER AND SAID BECAUSE OF MY BEHAVIOR. SINCE THE STORE MANAGER DON'T HONOR CUSTOMERS I WILL NEVER NEVER GO BACK AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE 20 PEOPLE THAT I HAD ORGINALLY TOLD TO GO AND PURCHASE THERE. IF YOU GO AND BUY MAKE SURE YOU EXAMINE YOUR PAPERWORK AND WHAT EVER THEY TELL YOU MAKE NOTE AND HAVE THEM TO SIGN.....I FELLED TO SAY THAT WE MADE SEVERAL MERCHANDISES BUT NEVER AGAIN. YOU ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS ACCUSED THEM TO BE LIARS AND DON'T APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR ERROR. WILL RETURN TO THE FURNITURE STORE THAT IS PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I AM VERY HIGH ON RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS STORE WILL NEVER EVER GET OUR MONEY, AND WE SPENT OVER TWO THOUSAND AND GET THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT! NEVER!...
Read moreI am very surprised to see all the raving reviews for this horrible place. The furniture in the store was beautiful. But the employees.....they left a lot to be desired. I was in there for the first time 20 April 2024. I should have just walked out after the greeting. He did not say hello just a rather rude and dry " Can I help you?" After telling him what I was looking for he directed me (not walked me!). Directed me to the center of the store. Which also proved to me that he doesn't know the difference between round and square. I feel as though my beautiful brown skin played a role in my treatment because a couple of Caucasians walked on as i was walking out and he quickly got out of his chair ( with his striped shirt on), greeted them with a smile. Things I have bought: living room set, rugs, kitchen table, dining room table, night stands, patio furniture, wall art, three bookshelves- one of which I found perfect for my indoor plants, a small bench for my foyer, and four different sideboards throughout my home. I will continue to buy from them because they have excellent prices, they are a locally owned business, and from my interactions with him, the owner deeply cares about the customer experience at his store. 11/10 highly recommend.
