Simply 10 — Local services in Irondale

It’s May and I’ve hardly any time left to do anything but shop for The Wedding & My Mothers gifts! And one of my favorite places to visit is the Simply 10 stores! I had to visit the local with the Store Manager’s Kimo & Vicki! They are two of the best and they take their business very serious! The store is very well kept, organized and has some nice merchandise for Junior, Regular & Plus Sizes! They have some great stuff and pieces of everything from clothing such as; tees, shirts, blouses, jeans, shorts, crop pants, joggers, bikers shorts, swim over lay, caftans, kimono, accessories; jewelry, handbags, shoes, sandals, belts, perfumes, caps, gowns, pjs, lingerie, bras, panties, etc! They have all of the fashionable items and accessories! And don’t be surprised if they are not available if you think about it to long and they are gone! With “Inflation & Prices” today you have to be thrifty & quick! You can find name brand quality items in some of there items lines. I found some great deals once again! This store gets quite a bit of my money. They have stylish items at a good price. However, I was not thrilled when I got to the store 30 minutes before close to be denied entry. I understand closing on time but not before time. The employee was right in front of the door vacuuming. She said we’re closed in which I said it’s 7:30. I had a bag with me, I wanted to return a few items. She continued to vacuum and looked up one more time saying we’re closed before going further back to the store. I tried calling on the phone to no avail. It’s really disappointing when employees or employers change their operations from what’s in black and white. How hard would it have been to even s was see what I needed. I have a flight in the morning, I won’t be in town for quite some time. It couldn’t have been a big deal to complete my transaction considering it was within operating hours. The young lady who ignored me helped me in my previous transaction. I will be returning my goods. I only shop where there is...

I am a frequent visitor to the Charlotte NC store but never had I been on a weekend SUNDAY. the customer service was horrible. Never have I not been treated nicely this is why I tell people about this store because of the employees helpfulness and the neatness of the store however this visit was different the CSRS WERE SPEAKING AND TALKING BEHIND THERE MASK.I COULD NOT HEAR THEM but noticed the eye motions. And heard words coming out.... Very rude.. and there appearance was very tacky. I know This is a discount store but the employees are usually very nicely groomed. I usually look at this as a boutique discounted that’s why I fell in love with it but as a business owner sometimes owners are not aware of the mis conduct of employees. Not much but I usually spend about 100-150 every 2 weeks. I am not interested in visiting again. I would not recommend anymore and would suggest the store doesn’t hire such LAZY...
