This is a review of bricks and Minifigs for their birthday party room. We recently booked a party using their birthday party room this past weekend. It was a very good experience with Ryan the owner the room was equipped with a Lego race track where kids could build their race cars and at the end of the race track there was even a timer so they could really see who got the fastest time. The kids really had a good time with this one. On the side of the other table, they also provided these Lego stuntz kits for the kids to play with. These are Legos, where the motorcycle back wheel, allows them to move and do stunts. Super fun. Additionally, on top of that they provided a party host who was super nice and helped the kids build their cars as well as put them on the race track and make sure the race track was safe to use at all times they provide a table clause, plates, napkins, utensils, hand sanitizer, and they allowed us to bring in our own food including pizza desert drinks. They had a refrigerator for us to store the drinks which was very nice as well. The owner Ryan was super nice even though we went over our timeframe that we had booked for. He allowed us to stay a little bit of extra time and to clean up. Overall, the kids had such a blast playing with Legos and they also got to build a mini fig to take home. I would highly recommend this party room for an inexpensive and very fun party for kids. I would say it is geared towards kids that are age 5 to 8. We were able to have 12 kids in the room at the same time with their parents too and it was still comfortable. The store itself is super unique. They have a whole bunch of different Lego sets retired ones new ones they got Lego everything they even have Lego picture frames backpacks lunch bags, all sorts of stuff and lots of very unique collectible...
Read more1st time: I visited the week of the grand opening. The employees were really nice and talked to me a lot, and even let me touch some of the expensive figs like chrome Vader. I may want to trade a few figures from my collection like pre vizsla too! Figures are a little more expensive than market price, but it is still a fun experience and they have reward program. Unfortunately my figure had a small scratch on the back of legs, but i have no doubt they didn’t do it on purpose.
Second time: went again today, got to talk with the owner abit, and I got to the do the scavenger hunt, ( well part of it, its along story.) Once again, great staff and had a lovely time there. I also got to trade in my clones for droids!
Third time: returned the broken figure from my first visit for a lego paploo and store credit! Were very nice about the process, and also gave me a free fig coupon for the troubles!
Fourth time; went today to sell my friends lego! Great selling for some sealed sets, believed only 10 dollars off from market price. Also traded in my arishems shadow for a lego wicket which is the last required Ewok i need
5th/sixth/seventh/8th time: sold some things and bought kanan blind, sith warrior, droids, lotr sets, maul...
Read moreWalked into Bricks and Minifigs Irvine, hoping to score some nostalgic plastic serotonin, and BAM! What do we find? Not one, but TWO miniature versions of the “Merc with the Mouth” himself, Deadpool. That’s right: one to play, and one to display baby! Enter: Lucas. This guy? A brick-slinging superhero! He’s like if customer service and Google Search had a baby and gave it perfect manners and insider LEGO knowledge. He's helpful, kind, and way too fair for someone who holds the keys to the LEGO kingdom. I half expected him to offer me a payment plan in chimichangas. Now, let’s talk value. While cryptocurrencies are out here doing their best impersonation of a roller coaster designed by a caffeinated raccoon, LEGO minifigs, especially ones as desirable as Deadpool, are rock solid with values that stay strong and satisfying! Great store, great service, and now I’ve got two miniature DPs judging my life choices from the shelf. 10/10, would...
